The quest for the coins are pretty easy and after the libram, I grabbed this for my Prot paladin. I level as Prot and this was better than the one I had kept since 70. It was my last blue item to be replaced, but didn't get it done before WoLK, so maybe there are some epics out there that the tanks are still wearing, but this actually was better for me. There don't seem to be alot of quest rewards for tanks leveling, so this helps some. It will hold for now.

Until you are able to have a leather worker make this for you, this is the best druid tank cloak.

There are no other cloak with higher stamina till you get into heroic raids, and the armor modifier is being reworked by Blizz so extra armor no longer matters.

This is the tank version of the Venture Bay cloaks, purchasable for 50 Venture Coins. There is also a DPS cloak and a caster cloak available.

It kinda sucks i found this item when i went to go get my librams.... and i mean it sucks because only a few hours before i bought the Farstrider's Defenders Cloak for 25 EoJs lol. less block value but better stats all around... So much easier to farm coins then EoJs on my server.

This is one of the first tanking cloaks you can come across in Northrend. The other option is Earthbound Cape, but it is made by leatherworkers and can not always be found on the Auction House. Before this cape, a high stamina dps cloak is a typical choice for tanks.
