Lardan in Astranaar seems to have it regularly. Stopped by twice and he had it both times. (Alliance side obviously)

I went to Jandia in Freewind Post but she doesnt sell this pattern. She only sells a jewelcrafter design: Pendant of the Agate Shield.

Jandia does not have this anymore... I also checked vendor-tron 1000 in Descolace and can't find it there either... anyone have any clues?

Once again, people are confused by what 'limited supply' means.

If an item sold by a certain vendor is marked 'limited supply (1)' it means they will only have one of that item in stock at any one time. If someone comes along and buys it, then it will take some time before it is 'restocked' again. The time it takes can vary, but in most cases (in my experience) it takes about an hour. If you want the item and the vendor doesn't have it when you browse their goods, chances are that someone already bought it before you got there. You can 'camp' the vendor until they have the item again, or you can check back a different day.

Just because a vendor doesn't sell an item to you, it doesn't mean that they don't sell it at all - check if it's limited supply first.

On the Horde side, Rau Cliffrunner in Thousand Needles does not sell this, he does not sell anything. However you can find him beside Jandia at:

10.1.2007 - Just purchased the recipe for these leggings from Janida in the Inn at Freewind Post. As soon as I bought it, it disappeared from her inventory. Confirms it's a limited supply item that re-appears after some time.

I camped Jandia for over an hour buying every limited number jewelcrafting pattern she spawned, one every 3 - 5 min, and she never sold this pattern. **UPDATE** After DAYS of trying I finally got the pattern. This is the most annoying spawn I've come across in the game.

TBC Classic:

Went to check 基纳 and she does not sell the recipe. She sells other two recipes, though.
I bought the 2 limited supply items she sells: 公式：附魔护腕 - 次级偏斜 and 图鉴：恢复之红宝石王冠, waited a couple minutes, and both came back in supply, but no Barbaric Leggings.
EDIT: I checked again, today, and the recipe was there.

I did the same with 詹迪亚. Bought 图鉴：玛瑙护盾坠饰 and waited a couple of minutes, it came back in supply, along with 图样：野人护腿.

If you can't find the item in 詹迪亚, buy the other limited supply item and wait some minutes and come back.
