Jeeda may not have the recipe if she has other rare items. I bought those items and checked back later. She then had the recipe.

Got there, no recipe, 4 limited supply items on page 3 of the inventory... so I bought some of the stuff available and less than a minute later the recipe respawned!

In the interest of research I then checked back every 5 minutes to see how fast the recipe respawned. Result: 25 minutes.

This might not sound correct, but i think all the statements about his limited supply stock is accurate.

I got to him, and no recipe, but he did have a couple of other limited stock items. I bought them all, then ran to the docks did some fishing and when i got back to him recipe was there!

you don't need to buy any of the limited stock items to get the recipe to "spawn", in spite of how common this misconception is
I went to buy the recipe and she didn't have it in stock, but I didn't buy anything at all and a couple of minutes later it was available
you can't determine what the spawn timer is (assuming it's not random) simply from one or even a few visits either
you have no way of knowing when the recipe was previously purchased in the first place
so if it's not available, be patient and check back but don't waste time buying stuff you don't need just to try and get it to spawn

I think some of the previous comments may have been correct, as I purchased some Healing Potions, and saw this recipe. I was looking this recipe up, and then went to see if the health potions had respawned and the recipe disappeared. I have two monitors, so I know someone didn't sneak in and buy it when I was looking it up. All in all, I think there may be a bug to limited supply items.

If it makes a difference, after I bought the Healing Potions the recipe would have been the only item on the last page, and maybe that's where the bug comes from, if there is one.

thottbot is wrong.. apprentice honeywall is not even a vendor. Does not sell the recipe. She is however standing right next to the other vendor that does sell the recipe.

Was about to write down a comment about Jeeda doenst even drops it at 5:48 in the morning. After i alt tabbed she suddenly has it.

I just went fishing while waiting. After each fishing lvl, I checked. I found that the stuff she sold often changed ie some of her herbs sold out without anyone buying them. Got at after a long wait.

Anyone know how much the pots will sell for?

he he just got today she is upstairs in the inn, sells for 15 silver, my alch only at 156 but wanted to get so i could make some of these as soon as i get it up >_<

Still sold by Nandar Branson in the house directly north of the inn in Southshore. I had to check back a few time then bingo.

Just bought this from Jeeda, on the upper floor of the inn at Sunrock Retreat. When you go up the stairs at the inn, look behind you.

Update: Went to Southshore and checked with Nandar Branson at coords:50,57. No Fire Protection Potion Recipe in his inventory.

Just went to Sunrock retreat and found Jeeda... clicked on her and no only did she have herbs but she had the potion as well... so yay me no waiting! I do know that all items that are limited are on a timer for respawning... where the time depends on how crowded your server is I do not know... I guess the best advice just keep camping her and don't give up!

The spawning time of this recipe seem to be very fast. A guy exactly bought the recipe before me and then I went to turn in a quest and were AFK for maybe 15 minutes. When I came back the recipe was already there again. I bought the recipe from Nandar Branson

Bought all of her limited items; bruiseweed x1 and lesser mana potion x2. After 10 minutes elapsed she spawned the recipe. After 7 minutes more she spawned mageroyal, wild steelbloom, and bruiseweed x2. Bought those and one minute more she spawned lesser mana potion x3. After 10 minutes she spawned the recipe again.
