Bwonsamdi is a very powerful loa that controls the spirits of the dead. Bwonsamdi mainly has control of the souls of trolls that pledge allegiance to him, however, Bwonsamdi is capable of performing a ritual of binding with someone. Once the ritual is complete, any souls that came from creatures killed by the person will go to Bwonsamdi's care.
As it is with other loas, Bwonsamdi came to exist before any troll civilizations. His powers depend on the souls he collects, growing more poweful the more souls he has under his care.

Real Life Reference
Bwonsamdi is a reference on the loa of the dead of haitian vodou,
Baron Samedi
. Like Bwonsamdi, Baron Samedi is also believed to have powers to prevent his protected ones to die - They will not die if Baron Samedi refuses to dig their grave.
Bwonsamdi also gets his crass humor from his religious inspiration, as Baron Samedi is said to have an outrageous behavior, swearing constantly to other spirits, making filthy jokes, as well as having a penchant for deals.
What is a Loa?
From the Warcraft Chronicles series of books, we learn that way back when (around 16.000 years ago) trolls evolved from the land’s primitive life forms, they developed a wide array of superstitious customs. Yet no matter their individidual costums, what all trolls shared was a common religion that revolved around Kalimdor’s elusive Wild Gods. The trolls called these powerful beings ‘Loa’ and they worshipped them as deities. Due to their reverence for the Wild Gods, the trolls gathered near a series of peaks and plateaus in Southern Kalimdor as this was home to many of their honored loa. The trolls gave the holy mountain range the name Zandalar, and soon they built small encampments upon its slopes.
The most powerful group of trolls was called the Zandalari Tribe. Its members claimed nearly all of Zandalar's tallest plateaus, believing them to be sacred ground. Atop the highest peaks they construscted a small cluster of crude shrines. In time, these grew into a bustling temple city known as Zuldazar.
So "Loa" equals "Wild God" and Wild Gods are primal manifestations of life and nature. They are creatures of two realms. The Wild Gods inhabit the physical world of Azeroth, but their spirits are bound to the ethereal Emerald Dream. Many Wild Gods appear in the form of gargantuan animals, such as wolves, bears, tigers, and birds. Some of the more well-known Wild Gods are being like Cenarius, Goldrinn, and Aviana but when it comes to the term Loa, that does not seem to be the end of it.
Wild gods are Loa, but not all things the trolls call Loa seem to be wild gods. Wisps, for example, have also been given the term Loa, so has the accidental old god
戈霍恩
and the C’thrax Kithi’x. It seems to be more of a broad term the trolls give to powerful beings rather then specifically to Wild Gods. There’s also the troll culture surrounding the loa, the practices of worship and sacrifice--a lot of it is inspired by real-life voodoo practices. In short, loa are powerful beings be it Wild Gods or something else that can grant the trolls powerful boons, but also terrible, terrible pain.
The Echo Isles
Bwonsamdi's first appearance in WoW happened during the pre-Cataclysm event, Zalazane's Fall, where he aide Vol'jin and the Horde to retake the Echo Isles from Zalazane's iron fist rule. In the Zalazane's Fall questline, Vol'jin calls for Bwonsamdi to help him retake the Echo Isles.
Bwonsamdi's old model, during the Fall of Zalazane event in Cataclysm.
Before the Echo Isles were taken by Zalazane, the Darkspear Trolls revered Bwonsamdi as their loa.
Bwonsamdi yells: WHO BE STIRRIN' UP MY BONES? Dem's Bwonsamdi's charges, and not ta be touched!
Vol'jin yells: I be Vol'jin, Son of Sen'jin, here ta ask your aid, o great Bwonsamdi.
Bwonsamdi yells: I know who ya are, shadow hunter. An' I know what ya WANT. But what makes you tink I'm gonna help YOU? Ain't a wise ting, callin' me from de Other Side...
Vol'jin yells: I ain't askin' for me alone, Great Spirit, but on behalf of da Darkspear Tribe... on behalf of me PEOPLE.
Bwonsamdi yells: Darkspear... it been a long time since I heard de drums... since I drank de ritual offerings. I be watchin' over your dead, Vol'jin, and for NOTHIN'. Why have de Darkspear forsaken Bwonsamdi, eh?
Vol'jin yells: We were driven away, Great Spirit. Hexmaster Zalazane took de Isles from us... drove us mad, made us fight one another. De only trolls left in de Echo Isles are his mindless voodoo slaves.
Bwonsamdi yells: Zalazane...
Vol'jin yells: Aid us, Bwonsamdi! Help us regain our home! Return de Darkspear to de Isles, and hear your drums again! Drink your ritual offerings once more! Dis, as de Son of Sen'jin, I swear.
Bwonsamdi yells: Hrmmm. Time ta see how bad ya want dis, shadow hunter. Time ta see if you be WORTHY.
After proving his worth to Bwonsamdi, Vol'jin managed to retake the Echo Isles, and since then, Darkspear Trolls have the Echo Isles as their starting zone. Horde players who participated in this event gained the Feat of Strength
扎拉赞恩的灭亡
and the toy
暗矛的荣耀
.
Shadow of the Horde
Although Bwonsamdi does not make a direct appearance during Mists of Pandaria, he shows up on the novel
Vol'jin: Shadows of the Horde
, after Vol'jin suffers an assassination attempt at the end of the
黑暗中的匕首
scenario. Vol'jins powers of regeneration were crippled by his doubts in both himself and his allegiance to the Horde, to the point where Bwonsamdi, his loa, forsake him.
In Vol'jin's dreams, Bwonsamdi showed Vol'jin various visions including a vision where Vol'jin would use the Horde to destroy the Alliance, and turn the Horde into an empire that would rival even the ancient Troll civilizations.
The Zandalari hungered for a return to the time when they were ascendant. It was a time when trolls were a most noble race. The trolls, united, had risen to heights which someone like Garrosh Hellscream could not possibly dream existed.
A sense of magic ancient and powerful flooded through Vol'jin, providing him the key to why he was seeing the Zandalari. Titan magic predated even the Zandalari. It was more powerful than they were. As high as the Zandalari had been above things that slithered and stung, so were the titans above them — likewise their magic.
Vol'jin moved through the crowd as might a specter. The Zandalari faces glowed with fearsome smiles — the sort he'd seen on trolls when trumpets blared and drums pounded, inviting them to battle. Trolls were built to rend and slay — Azeroth was their world, and all in it were subject to their dominion. Though Vol'jin might differ with other trolls as to the identity of their enemies, he was no less fierce in battle, and vastly proud of how the Darkspears had conquered their foes and liberated the Echo Isles.
So Bwonsamdi be mocking me with this vision.
The Zandalari dreamed of empire, and Vol'jin wished the best for his people. Vol'jin knew the difference. It was simple enough to plan for slaughter and far more complex to create a future. For a loa who liked his sacrifices bloody and battle-torn, Vol'jin' s vision held little appeal.
Bwonsamdi offered for Vol'jin to inflict as much chaos and strife as possible, as this would mean more souls to be sent to the loa of death. However, this offer was refused by Vol'jin, as he believed the brutality was not the Darkspear way.
The Zandalari hungered to reestablish rule over a world that had so changed that their dreams could never come true.
Vol'jin caught himself.
"Never" be a powerful word.
(...)
Within a year or two of his return from Pandaria — if that was still where he was — the Darkspear banner would be anointed with blood and more feared than it already was.
And what be that gaining me?
I would be pleased.
Vol'jin spun. Bwonsamdi stood above him, a titanic figure, ears forward and straining to gather the pulsed shouts from below.
It would gain you peace, Vol'jin, for you be doing what your troll nature demands.
Is that all we be meant for?
The loa do not require you to be more. What purpose be there in your bein' more?
Vol'jin looked for an answer to that question. His search left him staring at a void. Its darkness reached and engulfed him, leaving him with no answer and certainly no peace.
Vol'jin finally awakened. His eyes opened, so he knew it was not a dream.
At the end of the war with the Thunder King's forces, Vol'jin's friend, Tyrathan Kort, was near death, and Vol'jin asked Bwonsamdi to spare the human hunter. The loa complied, mentioning that it would not matter, as he would eventually have the human's soul no matter what.
Battle for Azeroth
Bwonsamdi shows up in Battle for Azeroth. In Zandalar, he is the replacement for the Spirit Healer when you die, openly mocking you when you die. He's even able to mock you based on the class you play:
Bwonsamdi says: Ah, a death knight. Ya should come see MY death gate! (to Death Knights)
Bwonsamdi says: Someting about ya seem off... Ah, da stench of a demon hunter. (to Demon Hunters)
Bwonsamdi says: Ya not be dreaming now, mon. (to Druids)
Bwonsamdi says: Ya be tryin' ta feign death, mon? Shame... (to Hunters)
Bwonsamdi says: Dat blink didn't get ya very far, did it? (to Mages)
Bwonsamdi says: Hah! Ya didn't roll out of dat one. (to Monks)
Bwonsamdi says: I tink ya followed da wrong light, mon. (to Paladins)
Bwonsamdi says: Oho... a priest! If ya ever consider a change of faith, be sure you let old Bwonsamdi know, you hear? (to Priests)
Bwonsamdi says: Ya can't be hidin' from Bwonsamdi, little ting. (to Rogues)
Bwonsamdi says: Oh, da spirits be with ya now, mon. (to Shaman)
Bwonsamdi says: Awww, did ya lose your little shiny soulstone, eh? (to Warlocks)
Bwonsamdi says: Haha, all dat armor didn't help ya much, did it? (to Warriors)
Zuldazar
Bwonsamdi can be first seen in Zuldazar if you die by the Great Seal in Dazar'alor, you can see Bwonsamdi standing right in front of King Rastakhan while in ghost form. Rastakhan has lived much longer than the average troll thanks to the protection of Rezan, the Loa of Kings.

After Rastakhan is betrayed by Zul on
先知的工作
, Bwonsamdi attempts to take Rastakhan's soul and obtains success for a time, but Rezan eventually obtains the soul back and berates Bwonsamdi on
洛阿神灵的意志
.
You speak to de loa of Kings, god of hunt.
What do you want, small one?
> Rastakhan is injured and will not wake. We need your help.
Rezan says: The Little King will rise. I am not finished with him.
Rezan yells: Bwonsamdi!
Bwonsamdi appears.
Bwonsamdi says: Ya got a bellow dat would wake da dead! What ya want, man'?
Rezan says: You have taken what is mine. Release him.
Bwonsamdi says: Long time, ya been keepin' dis one from me. Long, long time. I'll be denied no further.
Rezan says: Know your place, loa of graves. Or I will put you in one.
Bwonsamdi says: Comes a time when we all gotta die... even kings.
Bwonsamdi says: But I be feelin' generous. Take ya little friend. I'll be seein' ya in good time.
Rezan says: Restore his spirit to his body, <name>. My priests call me back to my temple.
Rezan says: Send Rastakhan to me when he finds his teeth again.
Nazmir
In Nazmir, we explore Bwonsamdi's home temple at the Necropolis, on the questline starting with
死亡之影
. After earning a meeting with Bwonsamdi, the player strikes a deal with him in
缚魂契约
. In exchange for having Bwonsamdi's power against the Blood Matriarch of the Blood Trolls,
长母阿提娜
, the player has to collect a million souls for Bwonsamdi.
Bwonsamdi binding a Horde player during the quest Soulbound.
Another deal with Bwonsamdi happens in
求助邦桑迪
, where Talanji and the player attempt to strike a deal to commune with the spirit of Torga, the turtle loa that was slain by the blood trolls. Bwonsamdi initially asked for the soul of another loa and laughed at both, and then accepted to strike a deal in exchange for the souls of the blood trolls that devoured the turtle loa.
During the final strike on the blood trolls in Nazmir, on
炸弹开路
, Bwonsamdi demonstrate his powers by saving the player from a swarm of blood trolls, claiming the player will not die while he has a debt to fulfill with Bwonsamdi.
Zandalar Forever!
Bwonsamdi appears again after the events of
君王的赌局
, where Rezan was slain, and Rastakhan lost the protection of his loa. Thanks to Rezan's death, Rastakhan began aging quickly, and after a blood troll attack in Zuldazar, Rastakhan made a deal with Bwonsamdi: In exchange for helping Rastakhan retake his empire, the entire bloodline Zandalari King's bloodline would serve Bwonsamdi in life and death.
As Dazar'alor became under siege by the forces of Zul and the summoned C'thraxxi Mythrax the Unraveler, Rastakhan called upon the powers of Bwonsamdi and used it to kill Zul and retake Dazar'alor. Although the retake was successful, Zul's forces managed to break the Great Seal and unleash the Blood God G'huun into the world. Completing this questline and scenario gives you the
赞达拉万古长存!
achievement.
Spirits Be With You
After reaching Revered with the Zandalari Empire, a new quest opens:
扎拉赞恩再临
. On this questline, Zalazane returns with an army of the dead, and players must again destroy him, this time for good. After Zalazane's fall, Vol'jin's ashes are brought to Atal'Dazar to be honored like one of the ancient kings. However, on
你欠我一份魂
, we discover that Vol'jin's spirit is absent, and that's how Zalazane was even able to return in the first place - With Vol'jin's spirit not around, Zalazane managed escaped from the clutches of Bwonsamdi.
After Vol'jin's urn is brought back to the Necropolis, Bwonsamdi attempts to commune with the spirit... Only to find out that the spirit is not there at all.
Bwonsamdi says: Be off, hero. Ain' nothin' for ya here now.
Bwonsamdi says: Ay, Vol'jin? Come on outta dat urn. Wait... wait, wait... no! Where be da spirit?! Where be Vol'jin?
Bwonsamdi says: No! No! Impossible. Da boss ain't gonna like dis. Ol' Bwonsamdi not been losin' a spirit in... oh, dis be bad.
Bwonsamdi mentions he has a boss, but who would the Loa of Death possibly answer to?
Battle for Dazar'alor
Bwonsamdi first shows up in the Battle for Dazar'alor after the
Grong
encounter on the Horde-side, bringing up the Blood Moon within Dazar'alor, and raising all fallen zandalari trolls into servitude once more. On the Alliance side, he's also responsible for rising Grong into Grong the Revenant, serving as the third fight of the raid if you're Alliance.
Later within the raid, Bwonsamdi directly assists Rastakhan during the King Rastakhan encounter. Bwonsamdi initially shows up in the flesh to fight alongside Rastakhan, but he eventually grows bored and simply empowers Rastakhan, although this power is not enough to aid the King, who ends up killed by the Alliance.
After Horde players "defeat" King Rastakhan, thanks to the flashback system, they receive a new cinematic - Princess Talanji arrives to Rastakhan's chambers right before the King dies. On his death breath, Rastakhan begs for Talanji's forgiveness. After Rastakhan dies, Bwonsamdi shows up, and reveals the bargain he struck with Rastakhan to Talanji, who is not happy about the situation.
Who Raised Vol'jin?
After the events of the Battle of Dazar'alor, Talanji and Baine question Bwonsamdi. They are concerned by the actions of Sylvanas, specifically the raising of Derek Proudmoore, and are curious why Vol'jin appointed Sylvanas as Warchief.
In
洛阿神灵的谎言
and
死亡之神
, Bwonsamdi is then summoned and confronted. He is not a fan of Sylvanas, as she denies him spirits and disrupts balance of life and death.
Vol'jin: Hidden memories, spirits attackin' us for investigating, and a long road of bodies in da wake of me makin' Sylvanas warchief. I be thinkin' it time ya speak with Ol' Bwonsamdi. Odd as it sounds, dis don't seem like his style. Dat don't mean he not be behind it. Ya best work with Talanji. From what little I been seein', da death loa got a soft spot for her highness. You can confront Bwonsamdi at his necropolis in Nazmir. Just... be respectful.
Talanji: Bwonsamdi is a dangerous loa, but even I do not believe he whispered to Vol'jin on his deathbed. To appoint Sylvanas sounds, well... he is not fond of de undead. And from what I have seen of de warchief, she is no fan of death. We must be respectful when we speak to Bwonsamdi, or dere will be consequences. Come, stay close.
Bwonsamdi: Ahhhh, ya come back. Did ya find da spirit of Vol'jin? Or ya here ta make a deal, eh?
Talanji: Loa of death, your servant Vol'jin has called to you. Yet you have turned a deaf ear to his pleas.
Bwonsamdi: What? Nonono. Ya be mistaken, Talanji.
Baine: Speak plainly! Was it you who urged Vol'jin to name Sylvanas warchief?
Bwonsamdi: Mind ya tone, bull-mon... or ya be talkin' with ya father soon enough.
Bwonsamdi: Why would me want da Banshee Queen in charge? Nononono. Sure, I be all for war and death, but dat Sylvanas... she be tippin' da scales too far.
Bwonsamdi: Balance be important! Besides, dat one got a nasty habit of keepin' what she kills. No, ya warchief be no friend to ol' Bwonsamdi.
Bwonsamdi: Ya words be troubling', though. Step forward, Speaker of da Horde. Maybe dere be a way ta find da answers ya seek.
Bwonsamdi: Now listen here, mon. Usually, ya disrespectful actions would be mighty irritatin' to Ol' Bwonsamdi. But I be lettin' dis one slide. For now. What ya be talkin' about sounds like some bad mojo. I gonna need ya to find out more from some of me... "old friends."
Bwonsamdi, Talanji, Baine and Vol'jin then embark on a journey to try and figure who kept Vol'jin's spirit, why is he so powerful, and who told him to name Sylvanas Warchief. Entities with control over the dead such as the Lich King (
) and the queen of the Valkyra, Eyir (
艾尔
) are questioned, and they also have no answers, but reveal that Vol'jin is now something much more powerful than he ever was in life.
Bwonsamdi then tells Vol'jin to look for answers in the Shadowlands, as the answers they're looking for are not in the world of the living (
死亡之谜
).
Bwonsamdi: Hmph. Well, da Lich King and dat bossy val'kyr not be me only rivals. But dey were da ones most likely ta be behind all dis. Someone be playin' with very ancient mojo. Tell Vol'jin's spirit dat da answers he be lookin' for not be found in da world of da living. He gonna need to go beyond da veil ta learn what needs knowin'. Dere be some places on dat side only he can go.
Vol'jin: So, to da Other Side den. Where I be goin' da livin' not be followin'. If it be in me power, I gonna send word of what I find. Mind yaself in da days to come. If I be readin' Baine's words right, I tink da Horde gonna have a mighty need of a hero like you soon enough.
Talanji's Coronation
Following King Rastakhan's death, Talanji must undergo a trial imposed by the Loa to prove herself worthy of the title Queen of the Zandalari. By this point, it is known by the Zandalari that Bwonsamdi is the highest Loa out there, but it is believed that it was Talanji's doing, not Rastakhan's. This leads to dissention within some of the Zandalari Trolls (
我们之间的煽动者
,
镇压暴乱
).
De Zandalari are not slaves to de loa of death!
I would rather see dis city burn than pay homage to death.
Ma'daaaaaaaaaa!
I will not serve Bwonsamdi!
Talanji is marked with death! It is a curse!
I will serve no queen who bargains with de dead!
Our faith suffers in Bwonsamdi's shadow! I will be silent no longer!
I only kneel to my loa!
No more dead loa!
My loa will not be de next to fall!
No... this is not de way to fix this... Forgive me.
I do not know what came over me.
I need to trust in Talanji. She did not choose this fate.
De White Widow showed me de truth. Talanji would have us all dancing in Bwonsamdi's court. We must stop her before it is too late!
What else can I do? Talanji will doom us all. De White Widow knows it to be so.
Next you know, de throne will be moved to de Necropolis. Bah! I will not allow it.
How can she elevate death above all loa? It makes no sense!
Bwonsamdi's trial was the latest one Talanji had to go through. Although it was a simple trial, it was the hardest one for Talanji to endure, as Bwonsamdi offered a deal to her: Undo the deal Bwonsamdi made with Rastakhan, in exchange for the head of Sylvanas Windrunner. Talanji adamantly refuses, claiming that her freedom is not worth losing her honor for. Bwonsamdi is disappointed by the decision, but passes Talanji anyway, allowing her to be crowned Queen (
).
Princess Talanji says: You dare stand in de place meant for Rezan? Does your arrogance have no limit, Bwonsamdi?
Bwonsamdi says: Mind ya manners, child. Ol' Bwonsamdi be raised above all other loa. Just like ya father said.
Princess Talanji says: Test me and be done with dis.
---
Bwonsamdi says: Well, since ya be so eager to get rid of me... I got a new deal for ya.
Bwonsamdi says: Bring me da head of de Horde's warchief, and I be forgettin' all about ya father's bargain.
Princess Talanji says: Oh... by de loa...
Princess Talanji says: No. De Horde stood beside us when all seemed lost. I will not repay dem with betrayal.
Bwonsamdi says: Dat ya final answer?
Princess Talanji says: It is. My freedom is not worth my honor.
Bwonsamdi says: Ah, dat is a real shame. Been wantin' a warchief's spirit for a long time. But go on. Claim ya crown.
Seemingly unbothered by her refusal, the Loa of Death reminds her of the terms of their pact by taking Rezan's place above all other Loa, although many citizens remain alarmed at his elevated position.
Shadows Rising
Sylvanas eventually abandoned the Horde for her own plans, involving the Shadowlands and an entity known as the Jailer. The Jailer was collecting all the souls of the undead in the most hellish of afterlives, the Maw, where only truly irredeemable souls were meant to go. As the loa of death who also collected souls, Bwonsamdi was standing in the Jailer's way, so Sylvanas sent Nathanos Blightcaller to destroy him. Blightcaller soon allied himself with a rebel faction of Zandalari Trolls, who were hostile to Bwonsamdi and the fact that Talanji was linked to him. The rebels organized multiple assaults on Talanji's rule, including assassination attempts. In one of these attempts, Bwonsamdi intervened to protect Talanji, pushing the Troll Zekhan, causing him to stumble against the assassin and spill the poison they had been offering the queen.
Though the Zandalari had recently joined the Horde, Talanji felt angered and betrayed when the Horde decided to sign an armistice with the Alliance. In an attempt to heal the rift between the Queen and the rest of the Horde, the newly formed Horde Council sent Zekhan as an ambassador to Dazar'alor. Bwonsamdi felt strongly that Talanji should rejoin the Horde and accept their help against the rebels, and he enlisted Zekhan to help him convince her of that. In order to convince Zekhan, Bwonsamdi showed him a vision of Saurfang in the afterlife - happy, at peace, and with his family. This vision was a lie, as Saurfang, like so many others, was trapped in the Maw. Bwonsamdi also became the first in-game character to give Zekhan the nickname "Zappy Boy".
The rebels began to attack Bwonsamdi's shrines, greatly weakening the loa and Talanji as well, due to the bond they shared. Bwonsamdi told Talanji that she would have to accept the Horde's help if she wanted to save them. Talanji offered him a deal. She would go to the Horde, but once Bwonsamdi was saved, the pact that kept her bound to him would be severed, and she would be free again. Bwonsamdi agreed but warned Talanji that she would come to regret it.
In a skirmish with the rebels, Zekhan was badly injured and even died. As his soul plummeted towards the Maw, Bwonsamdi caught it and brought it back to the land of the living. Zekhan confronted Bwonsamdi about the false image of a beautiful afterlife that he'd given him. Bwonsamdi confirmed the existence of the Maw, and told Talanji and Zekhan how souls had been going to it, and how he had been trying to save as many as he could - including Rastakhan's soul.
In their final attack, the rebels assaulted the Necropolis, where Nathanos tried his best to destroy the loa of death once and for all. By this time, Talanji had accepted the Horde's help, and together they were victorious in defeating the rebels, though Nathanos managed to escape. Once again powerful, Bwonsamdi prepared to honor his deal with Talanji, but she stopped him, choosing instead to change the deal. She would remain bonded to Bwonsamdi, but would be allowed to work with other loa as well. Bwonsamdi agreed.
Throughout this time, Talanji repeatedly asked Bwonsamdi to bring her father's soul to her. Bwonsamdi resolutely refused, only relenting after the battle with the rebels. During the visit, Rastakhan's spirit wavered, and he felt something wrong - something unnatural. Bwonsamdi explained that this was due to something unpredictable going on with the Other Side - which is why the visit had to be so short. This also explained why he refused to bring Rastakhan before.
Shadowlands
We learned that “The Other Side”, Bwonsamdi’s realm of death, will be a dungeon in WoW’s upcoming Shadowlands expansion.

As far as adapting various real-life gods, I've found Warcraft has particularly knocked it out of the park with Odin and Baron Samedi (adapted to Odyn and Bwonsamdi respectively). With Odyn they managed to capture the real-life inspiration's multi-faceted aspect as a kind and fatherly goofball, a strong and serious warrior, and a ruthless leader who'll commit cruel acts for the greater good.
With Bwonsamdi, well, this article covers it, though it was written for BfA. Shadowlands kinda furthers it; in the interlude between BfA and Shadowlands, we have a moment were Bwonsamdi actually does block someone from dying, that someone being Zekhan. There's plenty of (rating appropriate of course) outrageous behaviour from him too in the Night Fae campaign, to the point that all of the Night Fae find him exhausting at best. He tries to flirt with the Winter Queen, which is pretty damn outrageous. It's just... so on the nose I love it. Cast a great VA for him too.
