Don't buy this recipe. The object it makes is a useless bit of scrap metal. Waste of time and materials. Yes I can wear it but it can only cast its buff on a level 48 or higher. This means that if anyone is lower than 48 in the group it doesn't work. If the object says level 30 it should work on a level 30 not 48. I am not waiting 12 levels so I can use it. Anyway, at level 48 there are better objects to wear. Bah!
