Not a bad cloak if you are still running around for a Cape of the Black Baron (sacrifice 9 ap for ~.5 crit and 150 hp ). But Puissant Cape and Cloak of Firemaw are better plus can be gotten way before you get this cloak.
The cloak better than the baron I agree and think its a good hunters cloak and probably is a good one at the beginning of BC expansion when it comes out.The Agility is alot more than the baron cloak and hunters need AG.
Great cloak but a Hunter cloak b/c rogues can get pure AP and Crit ones very early in Naxx, and even better ones of later bosses like Saphirron

If you can make up for the lack in +hit in other places, looks like a nice cloak. Seems to me like it will appeal to fury warriors most, who seem to be overflowing with +hit gear nowadays.
I have one thing to say to you who are talking about minor upgrades: yes, it's true, you mostly get a few more stat points here and there, and it doesn't seem significant. But if you didn't know this, items have a certain point budget based on their item level. While the point gain per item level increases in a linear fashion, the points consumed by a stat increases exponentially. This is why "Random Noob Mail Chestplate of Striking" could have 8 strength, 8 agility ,and 8 stamina, but "Random Noob Mail Chestplate of Stamina" only has 15 stamina.
As the stats get higher and higher, the upgrades are going to seem smaller. This could definitely turn out to be a problem, since raiders rush into an instance to get upgrades, and if they see sidegrades, they're not going to be all too motivated. Guilds saw huge turnover and low participation with AQ mostly because of this, and I'm sorry to say that unless Blizzard's itemization team thinks of some new ideas, it's not going to get any better. If anything, because of the exponential nature of stat increases, it'll get worse.
The itemization team seriously needs to think about imposing class restrictions on some new loot, so they can add things like reducing cost for certain spells or abilities, reducing cooldowns, and other things pertaining to class-specific abilities. It might be galling to see those new warrior boots drop for the 3rd time and you're waiting for some new mage headpiece that's an upgrade, but it's better than no one really wanting anything that drops. If itemization stays the same, I see massive quitting ahead when Naxx comes out. Guilds will loot a corpse and go, "Eh..."

You all seem to want to be demigods in the game. With those kind of upgrades any new player in an old pvp server would have zero chance of surviving out in the world against AQ+ geared up individuals, player skill would become meaningless. Theres a tendency lately from players to blame their gear for their poor performance and not focus on their skill at all. AQ upgrades are big indeed if you know how to put those "few extra stats" to good use. Any skilled player knows that those "slight changes" can make the difference in fight, thus making AQ even more appealing than its inherent fun. If you're getting beat up in the game constantly, do yourself a favor and focus on your skill plz ;)
You can't really blame Blizzard currently for how small the upgrades are on items at this point in the game. The fact is.. the level cap is stuck at 60 for the time being.. and until the expansion comes out, there won't be huge stat increases.
If Blizzard decided it wanted to upgrade a cloak by around 10-20 agi, stam, and add around 2-3 % to crit or hit.. then you'll see extremely small teams flying through 40 man raids. Onyxia is easy enough as it is for any raid, and Rag is becoming just another fight for most end game guilds.. you really can't expect Blizzard to make all characters so powerful that Nef, C'Thun, and the bosses that will appear in Nax's lair a easy fight by giving character powerful gear.. they have to level it out until that expansion hits and higher, more powerful dungeons are open. I think Blizzard would prefer to have "skilled" players taking down their bosses.. instead of stupid, but well geared players.
I'm sure that stat increases will get better as the level cap increases. Though I won't expect much since items already have high stats for just level 60 characters.
I predict a 500 post class fight on thottbot about this ;)

Solid Cloak, I enjoy it.
I'll deffinitely try to get this on my hunter, at least when the DKP price will drop. Casters seem to be quite enthusiastic.
But still, form an upgrade to Cloak of the Shrouded Mists dropped by Ragnaros, I'd expect more than 4 more agility.
The pace of equipment quality increase is pathetic right now, about time for an expansion...

From a hunter point, it's definitely an upgrade over shrouded mists, but tbh the caster ring is so much more of an upgrade that it's almost not worth it.
Any rogue who wants this cloak is retarded, and thats comming from a rogue.

This is definatly an upgrade to any other rogue cape out there. Lets do a couple examples shall we?

Cloak of the fallen god:
+15 stamina (150 health>120 health)
+37 attack power (adding agility + strength)
the agility also gives you 0.90(approx.) crit.. thats almost another crit on top of this other stuff.
So you're basically saying that the extra 13 AP from firemaw's cloak is better than the +30 health and the crit (assuming you have the extra 3 agility to make it a full crit)... are you serious?
This is stricly looking at it from a rogue perspective (1 agil = 1ap, 1 str = 1 ap, 29.5 agil = 1 crit..) okay?
