Since the quest for Artisan First Aid, Triage (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=6622) requires lvl35, I assume you can use this at that level too, as long as you get 300 First Aid.

It will take 180 Runecloth and 110 Netherweave Cloth to go from 300-375 First Aid.

Guide to leveling First Aid 1-375 (As done by me, only tried on Ally) with links: (Will be updated for Wrath)

Firstly: Go pick up First Aid at any of the trainers. You'll learn how to make yourself Linen Bandages from this.

At (First Aid) level 40, learn to make Heavy Linen Bandage.

At (First Aid) level 50, go out and get yourself Journeyman First Aid from a trainer.

At (First Aid) level 80, learn to make Wool Bandage. You can also learn Anti-Venom, but I never did like all that storing up. It's your choice, however.

At (First Aid) level 115, learn to make Heavy Wool Bandage.

At (First Aid) level 150, learn to make Silk Bandage from a trainer, and then pay a visit to Deneb Walker in Arathi Highlands for the books Expert First Aid - Under Wraps, and (to save yourself from having to come back in later levels of First Aid), Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage.

At (FA) Level 180, read the book Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage (Which you should have picked up from Deneb Walker if you were following my directions!) to learn how to make Heavy Silk Bandage.

At (FA) Level 210, read the book Manual: Mageweave Bandage (Also something you should've picked up from Deneb Walker!) to learn how to make Mageweave Bandage.

At (FA) Level 225 (And minimum (Not FA) level 35), visit Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Dustwallow Marsh for the quest Triage (Which requires level 35) to advance your First Aid skill.

At (FA) Level 240, learn to make Heavy Mageweave Bandage from Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen.

At (FA) Level 260, learn to make Runecloth Bandage (Also from Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen).

At (FA) Level 290, learn to make Heavy Runecloth Bandage from (yet again!) Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen.

At (FA) Level 300, visit Burko in Hellfire Peninsula (Or visit the AH) to pick up the books Master First Aid - Doctor in the House (Which you should read on the spot), then hold Manual: Netherweave Bandage and Manual: Heavy Netherweave Bandage for later levels.

At (FA) Level 330, read the book Manual: Netherweave Bandage to learn how to make Netherweave Bandage.

At (FA) Level 360, read the book Manual: Heavy Netherweave Bandage to learn how to make Heavy Netherweave Bandage.

Grind out those last Heavy Netherweave Bandages, and BAM, you're First Aid level 375!

Fennrahn, I cant read Manual: Netherweave Bandage at lvl 322, "you cant use that item". Anyway it sais requires lvl 330 so?

Its says only 300 skill because that is all you need. At level 35 I hit 350 skill on heavy runecloth bandages. I've been told Heavy Runecloth goes grey at 360. The same skill you need to learn Heavy Netherweave.

Horde - Aresella is located at 26,62 at Falcon Watch in Hellfire Peninsula.

Alliance - Burko is located at 22,39 at at the Temple of Telhamat in Hellfire Peninsula.

you can (and I have) get to 375 first aid at level 35
(just need to be feed to mats and completed the 225 quest)

cooking is similar

skinning, mining and herbalism are similar...but you probably wont get all the way (unles you can get to outland) ... not sure how far past 300... but I had a sub 50 herbalist with 330 skill (alchemy needed to get to 50 and needed a warlock to port me to the trainer to get past 300)

I am at 300 and bought a book and it will let go 375. what am i suppose to make at 300?

It's very good to get this book as soon as possible even if you can't get to Outland, like too low level or you don't have the expansion.

You can buy the Cloth needed on the AH, and in case you're lower level, like me, the Heavy Runecloth Bandages are VERY nice to have as you level; as it stands now 1 bandage heals ALL my HP (+200), AND I'm getting skilled up which mean I won't have to bother with that later.

I could have asked someone to make me a portal or for a summon, but frankly, buying the book for 13g on the AH is just soo much faster and worth the money as I save time.

Visit the Master First Aid trainer and complete the Triage quest. Alliance one can be found in Theramore, Horde is in Hammerfall.

im a lvl 35 rogue, and i already have 300 first aid, its not hard, i sent about 7g to get from 225 to 300, i just want to kno, can i use the doctor in the house book? i dont want to go to hellfire and not be able to use it

After you do the triage quest you need to be trained to heavy mageweave cloth bandages. You will not make it to level 300 unless you:
A) Bought the 1st book from your respective post in the Outlands.
B) Talk to the Dr. you did the Triage quest with…. So he can further train you. If I recall you need to see him 4-5 times.

If you are just starting this venture as a high level character, bring lots of silk cloth, rune cloth and mageweave cloth with you, so you can level and train at the same time.

I totally forgot these were trainable by books, but I wanted to see the Alchemy trainer so it wasn't a complete waste.

I bought a portal to Shattrath from mage for 5G.

Took the griffin to Hellfire Peninsula ( Blizzard gives you this FP automatically ).

Took all my items off, mounted up and headed to the Temple of Tellhamat. Didn't meet any resistance.

Took about 5 stacks of Runecloth to get to 330. Learned Netherweave Bandage at 330 from the book, took that all the way to 360 and then read Heavy Netherweave Bandage Book. I sent 8 stacks of Netherweave from my main and had plenty left over. I'm guessing you can level completely with about 5 stacks.

I just bought the book from Ah and got my Heavy Runecloth Bandage training from the Doc in Hammerfall.
I have the ability to go to 375 first aid and I have not been to Helfire yet, I am lvl 53.
It is not as difficult as ppl are making it out to be.
When I bought the book though, it was the only one and it was 15 gold.

i bought the book and i learn the ability, but my stats doesn't increase from 300 to 375, and i create bandages but it didn't increase, it says with 300/300 even with the master in first aid, what could i do?

You can either pay 25G for this on the AH or just travel to Falcon Watch (hordie) and pay 5G for it.

Should mention that this book is Bind on Pickup. Was not this way at the start of TBC, but this was changed. You have to get this on the character you plan to level your first aid on.
