This is actually a REALLY DUMB rep item. The boots require friendly rep and lvl 10. The belt requires honored rep and lvl 12. This vest requires REVERED rep, but is only a lvl 10 green making it easily outclassed by almost anything from the AH by the time you have the rep to buy this.
