This recipe is found on the Halaa <Blade Merchant> vendor, after capturing Halaa.

It's the same vendor that sells the War Talbuk's and the 8 Strength Gem.

The cost for this recipe is 12 gold.

Making this very desirable design BOP and from a Halaa vendor is quite an ingenious way for Blizzard to subtlely nudge people into participating in world PvP.

Yes, the info is correct.

It's being sold by a Blade Merchant in Halaa.

However, it has been stated that "conditions required for the Design to appear are too unlikely to happen, such that it's not obtainable in the frequency that was intended."

Seems still not available on EU servers. I have been camping the area for more then 24hrs, nothing ;(

Just got it today. Only 1 for sale at the time. If you are on Azshara Alliance, look for Varge.

Yup, my little JC Moojoo (Alliance Anachronos EU) has this (saw it on my main, logged on to little level 38 Moojoo and got a summon from my partner :)) Finally got to level to use it :)
