Since BC has came out locations to get some of the older recipes have been updated. Does anyone know if this is still a Ally only (save for MAH) recipe or not?

This is a confirmed Alliance-only recipe.

I want to say badly that it drops off the trolls.. but I'm going to be nice.. it drops off the inn keeper in Kharanos for example. for a few silver of course..

Yeah, I'm gonna kill my fellow Alliance for beer.
Also I can confirm that this person does sell the recipe. he is in Old Town. If you want directions, ask for the cooking trainer in Stormwind. He is in the second floor of the building he tells you to go to. the cooking trainer is in a small room on the ground floor.

You can find the recipe at SW, Old Town, Pig and Whistle Inn, up stair on landing from master of recipies the Rhapsody Malt can be purchased in Dun Morogh, Kharanos village, at the inn there.

This is a compiled list of all of the cross-faction recipes in the game.

Most (not all) 烹饪 recipes on the Alliance side are sold by 肯多尔·卡邦卡. The Horde do not have a corresponding NPC, so if you are an Alliance character wanting to create an alt on the opposite side to obtain the recipes for your main, unfortunately you'll have to have a level appropriate character to do the quests to obtain some of these recipes.

All of the recipes except one (设计图：兽人护腿) can be traded cross-faction on the neutral AH.
