Does anyone know where to obtain this pattern?
These are currently, in my opinion, the best healing bracers in the game for druids. This link will show you the other available options for healing at this level, so you can judge for yourself.
The yellow socket on it allows you to put in an additional 8 intellect (or ofcourse any other gem, you're not tied to the type of socket and the socket bonus sucks anyway) making it better than any other bracer.
Craft this if you can.
With the latest version of patch 2.1 on the PTR, the socket bonus has been changed to +2 Intellect.
These bracers are very versatile, they are the best for a moonkin in the aspects of both pve and pvp since any good moonkin will heal in pvp and live as long as possible, making the +healing useful, but also still useful in pve since in a 5 man and perhaps but much less likely in a raid, your healer(s) dies, well the moonkin changes his weapon and heals, but the +healing isnt even the best part in pve, these also have pretty nice crit and decent enough +spell damage especially when mixed with that crit us moonkins love
These compared to the new Armwraps of the Kaldorei Protector
(From the Moonkins point of view)
-3int (after gems)
-1spelldamage (after gems)
+Possibility of having 8mp/5
The new Armwraps of the Kaldorei Protector are little upgrade over these for non-raiding moonkin. And when you compare the overall mats (35badges vs 4 Heavy Knothide, 12 Wind Scales, 8 Primal Air and 1 Primal Might), the new bracers are little better as they are easier to get.
Caryssia Moonhunter (alliance)
But why does it list the same bonuses twice?
"Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 16.
Equip: Increases healing done by up to 31 and damage done by up to 11 for all magical spells and effects."
Is that 47 healing and 27 damage total?
is nice but...where i get recipe from?
you can learn it when you are a 375 tribal leatherworker.
these aint just nice, they are great.
good for balance and restoration, and they add together when it comes to healing, so 15 + 29 = +44 healing
29 + 15 = 44 omg
For alliance, it is the TriLW trainer in Feralas who will give you these 3 patterns (bracers, belt, hauberk) when you hit 375. Level does NOT matter to learn them, but you do have to be 70 to wear them.
As for the motes, if you have hit 68, you should have your Stormcrow form. Fly up to the Elemental Plateau in Nagrand, and get ready to spend some time.
The wind elementals are immune to nature damage/effects, so you will be using arcane, feral, and bandages/food (for me - underspore pods ahoy). The trees also help out a good bit, allowing you to open up on 1, drop trees, and start in on a second.
(mine was something like trinket, SF, MF, back up, back up, SF,SF. bandage/eat. repeat sequence w/ second trinket. bandage/eat. SF, MF, back up, back up, Bark, SF, SF. Bandage/eat. SF, MF, back up, back up, trees, turn & acquire new target immediately, MF pulling to max trees usage).
This would get me 5 reltively quick kills in a row. Having spell/enhance food of some sort helps, and innervate when it is available.
Took me about 1 1/2 hours to farm 4 Primal airs last night, but I am on an RP server, and had NO competition.
Note also for the bracers, no Primal Nether is required, so you can probably make these earlier and have them waiting on you.
As for the gem, I prefer putting a higher-level orange or green in the slot; an Infused Amethyst is a good choice, as well, if you can give up the +2 agi slot bonus.
PS - to the other 'well-geared' druid(ess?) above me? I stand by my original statement - a Resto MAJOR-Balance MINOR WILL get the best usage out of this set. Taking into account the fact 3 primal nethers (total) are required for the other 2 pieces, I would think there are better choices available. I've always maintained that I am a hybrid class, and I am a combat healer - I keep a full set of both resto gear (all slots) and a bag full of balanced feral gear (although I'm more partial to felynx OTing to DBMTing).
Actually if u add the socketed bonus it gives more spell damage
Thanks for making a completely useless comparison of mail to leather, balance/druids which these are for, can not use mail. So even if the mail had super uber stats of ZOMGWTF they would be utter and complete crap to a druid... because they can't wear mail. 8mp5 is great for druids, balance druids can go through a large mana pool rather quickly, getting it back is the hard part. The windhawk set for a balance druid is the best thing you can get hands down, until they add something else in the game
+159 armor (174,9 with Thick Hide talent)
+313.6 mana (+0,26% spell crit)
+27 spell damage
插槽加成: +2 智力
