The best physical DPS neck in the game, as of 2.1.
If your guild just started/not yet on mother+ in BT it would be good idea to save your DKP for this neck + cloak from Teron. Its a matter of luck, but most people getting full t6 but having trouble getting best items in other slot. It's kinda obvious but 16% droprate = get then possible, can even pass on t6 set items cuz you will get them sooner or later.
Too bad it doesn't have stamina.
Best neck for fury warriors in the game, that's for sure.
I wonder if it's better than the neck from the Shattered Sun at exhalted (Aldor).
19 Stamina, 18 Agility, 64 AP and the procc sometimes
27 crit, 21 hit and 72 AP
Is it really that good for a BM hunter? Or is it just that good because of the hitrating, because you get 0 hit from T6?
Got this last night on my Rogue, the most expensive Item I've purchased (DKP Wise) but definetely worth it, considering chances are I'll never replace it. As people have mentioned, 3 Tier Tokens are going to drop -per- kill, chances are you're going to get it sooner or later so get your DKP on this!
Very nice, the crit is huge.
This is a beautiful piece of PvE gear for many any physical damage class, absolutely essential offensive stats and lots of them.
It drops of Supremus in the Black Temple.
A nice necklace from
Supremus in Black Temple
I rolled for this when we Downed Supremus, got Syphon instead. Not that I'm complaining but I would've rather had the improved hit rating.
Best melee neck in the game so far
also good for %^&*!@#s at least in some specs?
should be good for some heated bidding between warr/ rogue/ ret pala/ #$%^&*! (if not surv)
meh.. rogues need around 360 hit rating to be capped
hunters need like 100 max ;\
total rogue item
this and all drops from bosses are random, soo you can be lucky and see it drop a lot times, and you could be unlucky and never see it, if you deal physical damage, i would really recomend it, atleast it owns on my $%^&*!@ :P
It drops off supremus, OF COURSE its a !@#$ty PvP neck piece... 99% of the time a PVE boss will drop a PVE item. The ring off hydross with resilience is the only pvp item i can think of that drops off a boss...
That being said, what the other people posted is true - definitely the best pve neck piece for a rogue in the game.
How to tell if you should bid/roll on an item.
1. The item is not red, - If it's red then you can't use it for some reason, either you're too low level or its for a different class or something.
2. Every single stat will improve the things for which your class is well known. Example - mages are not well known for hitting people with physical attacks therefore they should not bid on weapons which have strength on them.
My question is why do you care who gets this?
This item would be useful for anyone who does melee damage and hunters.
In fact items like these tend to be ghetto, and are normally scouped up for low low prices. Rings tend to be much more expensive as they have more useful stats on them.
This item isnt bad, but it's nothing special. Personally I'd go for the Pvp one Vindcators pendant of Lesbianism or whatever - whilst I try to accrue the armour ignorance to use the serrated blades one.
