Where do horde get this recipie at lvl 30? or at least in the thirties........

Kind of sucks that Horde has to wait until they are in their thirties to go get the Recipes when they get the meat in the low 20's while the Alliance can get it right when they start getting the meat.

Tried this quest as horde. Went to Korek's hut at 61, 39 in Desolace and waited a bit over 30 minutes with no caravan appearance. I had done this quest in 2018 or 19 and the caravan arrived after a couple of minutes. There is another comment on the board from DollaDazzler in 2020 indicating there has been a change since a MOP (whatever that is) which rendered the quest, at this site, not available. Giving up, and selling the stag meat. Kinda wonder whether the WOW thread menders didn't catch this one and pull the references to this particular quest.
