Just as a heads up, do not buy this quiver from the auction house! More often than not, the price in the auction house is higher than the price from the vendor. One of the vendors that sells this quiver is the lady in the weapon shop of the Stormwind Trade District (the building across from the AH, the one with the weapon trainer, Woo Ping). If you are a leatherworker, then obviously you can just make this for yourself, unless you'd rather sell the mats and (perhaps) buy it from the vendor for cheaper than you could make it.

Does anyone know where to buy this from a vendor for horde? I'd guess Orrigmar, but i can't see it. O_o

Yeah i got a quiver from a quest and it just suddenly dissapeared and never came back :S

Simple but nice Quiver.

They can be made by a Clothier, cheaper to make if you bring him the 8 Hard Lether 2 Fine Threads.

It's 14 slots, and requires level 30 to equip. Horde can buy this for 20s in UC, in the War Quarter.
