Forged in elemental lava on the orc homeworld of Draenor, this massive hammer is connected deeply with the elements, and its true power is only awakened in the hands of those who can speak to the elements in kind. The Doomhammer was long wielded by Orgrim Doomhammer, one of the greatest orc warriors of the Horde, and now rests with Thrall, one of the most powerful shaman Azeroth has ever known.
As an Artifact Weapon, players will use this weapon throughout the upcoming expansion, unlocking new traits like
and modifying existing abilities. Players can also unlock additional colors and weapon styles for their Artifact as they complete Legion achievements! A full list of artifact traits and appearances can be found on the
Warcraft Movie Capture the Flag
Two teams representing the Horde and the Alliance battled it out in a real-life game of Capture the Flag at Universal Studios Hollywood—and we’ve got the video to prove it.
The Warcraft movie–inspired clash took place at the #WarcraftIRL Capture the Flag event hosted by Legendary Pictures on Sunday, May 15. Each team was made up of well-known creators including Bajheera, OMGitsfirefoxx, and Markiplier, who fought to determine which faction would be declared the ultimate victor. To shake things up, game designer–turned-warlock Brian Holinka joined the battle royale to rain some Fel Fire down upon both teams.

Legion Beta Testing
Skirmishes have been enabled on the Legion beta, and the Legion pre-launch event is being stress tested. Early on in the alpha, we took a look at the prototype version of this event, in which low-level zones had demonic activity:
On Thursday, June 2, starting at 4:00 p.m. PDT, we will activate a new realm in the Legion Beta. This Beta realm will be named “Level 100 Demon Invasions”, and it will be dedicated to testing the pre-expansion demon invasion event with as many testers as possible for approximately 24 hours. We expect to remove the realm after 24 hours.
We ask that all Beta testers please join us in focusing testing on the “Level 100 Demon Invasions” realm when it is available. While you may see demon invasions on other Beta realms, testing this content requires that your character remain at level 100, so we ask that you test on the “Level 100 Demon Invasions” realm only.
Please direct your pre-Legion event feedback to the Beta General Discussion forum, and please direct any feedback you have about other Legion subjects to the appropriate dedicated subforum.
Thank you very much! We’ll see you at the defense of Azeroth!
Thanks for your continued participation in the beta. We've been reading all of your feedback and appreciate your contribution.
We've decided to re-enable skirmish queues on beta so we can start getting some arena feedback on honor talents. Jump in there and let us know what you think.
