Recap of Class Changes in Shadowlands 9.1 PTR Build 38312 - Class Writer Opinions

The first Patch 9.1 PTR Build was released last week and it contained class changes, new Covenant Legendaries and new Soulbind Traits and we're recapping all the class changes! For all these changes, we also asked our Class Writers to give their opinions on the tuning changes, which we're highlighting in this post!
Class Changes and Writer Opinions for 9.1 PTR Build 38312
The first Patch 9.1 PTR Build 38312 went live earlier last week, which contained our first look into many upcoming class changes.
This included tuning to:
Fire Mages
Balance Druids
Affliction Warlocks
Destruction Warlocks
All Priest Specs
Spell, Soulbind and Class Changes for 9.1 PTR Build 38312
