Shadowlands Hunter Pet Updates: Tame Coursers, Camels, Mammoths, Cloud Serpents, & Undead Beasts

We've found a handful of updates for Hunter pets, with additional Hunter pet families and new abilities for the now tameable Courser, Camel, and Mammoth families. We've also found two spell books which seem to allow Hunters to tame Pandaren Cloud Serpents and Undead beasts, although they don't seem to have any new abilities just yet.

Unicorns (aka Horse2) were tamed as part of the Stag family in Battle for Azeroth, but it seems they'll be moving to their own Pet Family now. These strings confirm that
Coursers

Camels

Mammoths
are now tameable in Shadowlands. We only have a handful of tameable Courser models, and it's not fully known what additional appearances will be obtained in Shadowlands, but Petopia has a nice database of
Courser

Camel
, and
Mammoth
models.

Special Abilities:
NEW
The Courser gallops quickly, increasing dodge chance by 30% for 20 sec.
NEW
When falling below 40% health, the Camel will shrug off attacks, granting 60% reduced incoming damage for 15 sec.
This effect can only occur once every 120 sec.
NEW
The Mammoth tramples the target, slowing movement by 50% for 6 sec.
While there are no new abilities for them just yet, these two spell books imply the ability for Hunters to learn the ability to tame Pandaren
Cloud Serpents
and
Undead beasts
. Each of the books require level 50, and the flavor text referencing the House of the Rituals and Chosen in Maldraxxus implies at least one of them is obtained from
Shadowlands
content.
