- This cloak has the flavor text "This cloak can be upgraded by a Shard of Domination" and the title 9.1 Raid Cloak.

- This cloak has the "Cogwheel Socket" that is required to socket for the Shard of Domination sockets.

Shard of Domination Quest - Kill Raid Bosses

"This Shard of Domination is dormant and must be Empowered by the Primus before it can be used."

Collect boss souls to empower your Shard of Domination!

- Boss Souls are obtained from Bosses killed in Torghast, Sanctum of Domination.
