The Patch 9.1.5 is officially available for testing, with realms open to all players. There do no appear to be any restrictions, with character copies and test vendors in Oribos also available, however Legion Timewalking and the announced AoE target cap changes are not included in this build.

New Authenticator and Maximum Rating Looking For Group Finder Requirements
New Looking for Group requirements on the patch 9.1.5 PTR will now require attaching an authenticator in order to create Mythic+ groups, and will not allow players to post groups which require Mythic+ or PvP ratings higher than their own.

ABetterUbisoft - Employees Sign Open Letter in Solidarity with Activision Blizzard Demands
Over a thousand current and former Ubisoft employees have signed an open letter in solidarity with Activision Blizzard employees and their demands for a better work environment. Referring back to Ubisoft's own history of discrimination and misconduct, the letter calls on management to make fundamental changes in order to address widespread abusive behavior within the games development industry.
