Tides of Vengeance, also known as patch 8.1, is the first major Patch of Battle for Azeroth, currently without a release date. Tides of Vengeance brings many changes to classes, notably to specializations with outstanding issues like Elemental and Enhancement Shamans, Shadow Priests, and Feral Druids.
The patch also intends to expand the Azerite system, by adding a
5th ring
to Azerite armor, adding new Azerite traits for all specializations, and tuning remaining traits, replacing unappealing ones.

PvP Talents
Your Blessing spells allof Protection and Blessing of Freedom spells now have 1 additional charge.
When you dispel an ally within your aura, all allies within your aura are dispelled of the same effect.
Healing allies with your Holy Light will cleanse all Diseases and Poisons from the target.
Your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 100%, costs no mana and is unable to be interrupted.
Cooldown changed from 45 sec cooldown to 25 sec cooldown
Increases the range of your Aura by 30 yards.
In addition, allies who are affected by your Aura also gain:
Shadow Resistance Aura
Damage dealt from Shadow damage over time and area of effect spells is reduced by 15% to all allies within 40 yards.
Whenever you or allies within 20 yards are healed from any source, they are cleansed of 1 Disease and Poison effects.

Talents
Calls down the Light to heal a friendly target for (280% of Spell power), increased by up to 200% based on yourtheir missing health.
PvP Talents
Allies are healed for (100% of Spell power) when you cast a Blessing spell on them, and healed again for (100% of Spell power) when the blessing ends.

Intimidates theYou focus the assault on this target, increasing their damage taken by 3% for 6 sec. Each unique player that attacks the target increases the damage taken by an additional 3%, stacking up to 5 times.
Your melee attacks refresh the duration of Intimidated.Focused Assault.
Specialization
Unleashes a whirl of divine energy, dealing (92.8%111.4% of Attack power)% Holy damage to all nearby enemies.
Places a powerful blessing on a single ally for 1 hour, granting a shield that absorbs up to (0.6750.8 * Spell power) damage every 6 sec.
Places a powerful blessing on a single ally for 1 hour, restoring 1% of their maximum health and mana every 10 sec.
Talents
Your abilities that consume Holy Power have a 15% chance to make your next ability that consumes Holy Power free and deal 30%20% increased damage and healing.
PvP Talents
When you or allies with your Greater Blessings take damage, you gain Reckoning.
Consume 50 stacks of Reckoning to hurl a magical hammer that strikes an enemy for (175% of Spell power) Holy damage, and you gain
Avenging Wrath for 6 sec.
Required level is now 80, changed from 58
Allies are healed for (100% of Spell power) when you cast a Blessing spell on them, and healed again for (100% of Spell power) when the blessing ends.

When you or nearby allies within 40 yards drop below 40% health, your next Flash of Light cast within 5 sec is instant with 50% increased healing. This effect cannot occur more than once every 15 sec.

When an ally within 40 yards falls below 25% health, you gain Avenging Wrath for 6 sec.
When an ally is slain within 40 yards of you, your Redemption spell can now be cast while in combat within the next 20 sec with a 6 sec cast time. Using Divine Shield or Blessing of Protection on yourself will cancel this effect.
Spells
Deals (4.2%5% of Attack power) Holy damage every 1 sec to enemies within 8 yards.
Fires a beam of light that scatters to strike a clump of targets.
If the beam is aimed at an enemy target, it deals (75% of Spell power) Holy damage and radiates (50% of Spell power) healing to 5 allies within 15 yards.
If the beam is aimed at a friendly target, it heals for (100% of Spell power) and radiates (45% of Spell power) Holy damage to 5 enemies within 15 yards.
Azerite Traits
REMOVED
When Guardian of Ancient Kings expires, your Block is increased by 2547 for 30 sec
REMOVED
When Divine Storm damages an enemy who is below 20% health, your Strength is increased by 419 for 15 sec.
REMOVED
Light of the Martyr has a chance to cause your Blessing of Sacrifice to additionally heal the target for 1160. This effect can stack up to 10 times.
REMOVED
Casting Crusader Strike increases the damage of your Crusader Strike by 130 for 20 sec, stacking up to 10 times.

Lay on Hands grants the target 259 armor for 1 min.

Your attacks have a chance to make your next Divine Storm free and deal 1099 additional damage.
Replaces Divine Right
NEW
Holy Shock leaves a Glimmer of Light on the target for 30 sec. When you Holy Shock, all targets with Glimmer of Light are damaged for 421 or healed for 730.
Replaces Martyr's Breath
NEW
Spending Holy Power during Avenging Wrath causes you to explode with Holy light for 508 damage per Holy Power spent to nearby enemies. Avenging Wrath's duration is increased by 5 sec.
Replaces Zealotry
NEW
Your Light of the Protector heals for 1290 additional healing, and is always increased by 200% during Avenging Wrath.
Replaces Dauntless Divinity
Healing an ally with Holy Light While empowered by Infusion of Light, refunds 108 mana.Flash Heal heals for an additional 855, and Holy Light refunds 433 mana.

What happened to the Azerite trait (empyrean power or something) that caused AA's to have a chance to make Divine storm a free cast with a bit of increased damage?
