Patch 7.1.5: All the New and Changed Legendary Items
7.1.5 introduces new legendaries for all classes, as well as buffs and nerfs to existing outlier legendaries. These changes have been added throughout the past month, so we've compiled all the new legendaries and changed old legendaries into one post for easy browsing. We've also pointed out any legendaries with notable transmog appearances or flavor text, like

Legendaries that received a buff one build and then a nerf the next build to their original state have not been included in the list, as there are no visible proc changes from live WoW. In addition, all legendaries have received changed amounts of secondary stats, as part of the overall secondary stat revamp in 7.1.5.
(Blood): Blood Boil increases the damage and healing of your next Death Strike by 20%. Stacks up to 5 times.
(Frost): Sindragosa's Fury has 50% reduced cooldown and Freezes all enemies hit for 3 sec.
(Unholy): Death Strike and Death Coil reduce the remaining cooldown of Death and Decay by 2.0 sec.
(Vengeance): Your Fiery Brand now heals you for 100% of the damage done and each enemy hit by your Sigil of Flame increases the instant damage of your next Fiery Brand by 20%, stacking up to 15 times.
(Havoc): Reduces the remaining cooldown on Metamorphosis by 1 sec for every 10 Fury you spend.
(Restoration): Allies protected by your Ironbark also receive 75% of the healing from each of your active Rejuvenations.
(Balance): Whenever you Moonfire, you Moonfire another nearby injured enemy within 40 yards of the target free of cost.
(Feral): After using Ashamane's Frenzy, your next Maim deals 500% increased damage and hits 2 additional enemies near the target.
(Guardian): Barkskin instantly grants 45 Rage plus an additional 15 Rage over 3 sec.
(Beast Mastery): Dire Beast gains 1 additional charge.
(Survival): Mongoose Bite increases the damage of your next Carve by 10%. Stacks up to 10 times.
(Marksmanship): Your Aimed Shot grants you gyroscopic stabilization, increasing the critical strike chance of your next Aimed Shot by 15% and making it castable while moving.
(Fire): Phoenix Flames reduces the remaining cooldown on Combustion by 6 sec.
(Frost): Your Frozen Orb explodes into a Frost Nova that deals (600% of Spell power) damage.
(Arcane): Evocation gains 1 additional charge.
(Brewmaster): Each time you dodge or an enemy misses you, the remaining cooldown on your Brews is reduced by 1.0 sec.
(Windwalker): Chi spenders increase the damage of your next Crackling Jade Lightning by 50% and reduce its cost by 5%, stacking up to 20 times.
(Mistweaver): Sheilun's Gift also heals allies affected by Renewing Mist for 15% of the amount healed.
(Protection): Light of the Protector gains 1 additional charge and has 10% reduced cooldown.
(Holy): Healing with Light of Dawn causes your next Light of the Martyr to also heal your Beacon of Light. Each ally healed by Light of Dawn increases Light of the Martyr healing by 10%.
(Retribution): Enemies hit by your Wake of Ashes take 15% increased damage from you for 6 sec.
(Holy): When Prayer of Mending heals, it leaves behind Rammal's Ulterior Motive on the ally for 10 sec, causing the next Flash Heal, Heal, or Holy Word: Serenity you cast on them to be increased by 15%.
(Discipline): Using Light's Wrath reduces the mana cost of your damaging spells by 75% for 1 sec, increased by 1 sec per ally affected by your Atonement.
(Shadow): Your Shadow Word: Pain damage has a chance to increase the damage of your next Shadow Word: Death by 25% and make it usable on any target, regardless of health level.
(multiple specs): While Stealth is active and for 6 sec after breaking Stealth, your Critical Strike chance is increased by 100%.
(multiple specs): Bloodlust effects lasts 75% longer on you.
(Demonology): Each soul shard you spend empowers your Skull of the Man'ari, increasing the damage of your next Thal'kiel's Consumption by 3%.
(Affliction): Reap Souls lasts 1.5 sec longer per soul consumed.
(Destruction): While you have a Dimensional Rift open, all of your damage is increased by 10%.
(multiple specs): Heroic Leap gains 2 additional charge.
(tank): Gain an absorb shield for 30% of your maximum health for 10 sec. When the shield is consumed or expires, 75% of the damage absorbed is dealt to nearby enemies, split evenly.
(dps): Launch a vortex of destruction that seeks your current enemy. When it reaches the target, it explodes, dealing a critical strike to all enemies within 10 yds for (560820 * 200 / 100) Fire damage.
(healing): Increase all healing done by 15% and causes 50% of overhealing on players to be redistributed to up to 3 nearby injured allies, for 10 sec.
Several legendaries from Legion's launch are receiving buffs or nerfs. Here is a compilation of the changes from all 7.1.5 PTR builds:
Scourge Strike has a chance to burst an additional 1-51-3 Festering Wounds.
Empower Rune Weapon gains 1 additional charge and recharges 5%10% faster.
Demon Blades / Demon's Bite generates an additional 1 to 20 Fury.14 Fury.
The remaining cooldown on Metamorphosis is reduced by 1 sec for every 1530 Fury you spend.
Metamorphosis resets the remaining cooldown on all your Sigils and Empower Wards, and grants you 1 charge of Demon Spikes.
Fel Rush deals 5%10% increased damage to each subsequent target hit.
Increase the effects of Thick Hide, Astral Influence, Feline Swiftness, and Ysera's Gift by 50%.75%.
Starsurge reduces the Astral Power cost of your Starsurges by 107 for 32 sec. Stacks up to 2 times.
The remaining cooldown on Incarnation: Chosen of Elune / Celestial Alignment is reduced by 1 sec for every 812 Astral Power you expend.
Critical damage from your Bleeds have a 40%30% chance to trigger Primal Fury.
Gain 1525 Focus when one of your traps is triggered.
Reduces the cooldown of all Aspects by 50%35%.
Your pet gains the passive abilities of all pet specializations and deals 10%5% increased damage.
Bestial Wrath reduces the Focus cost of all your abilities by 20%15%.
The remaining cooldown on Trueshot is reduced by 1.00.8 sec each time you cast a damaging Shot.
After consuming Hot Streak, there is a 20%15% chance that your next non-instant Pyroblast cast within 15 sec deals 300% additional damage.
Scorch deals 350% increased damage and is a guaranteed Critical Strike against enemies below 25%30% health.
Arcane Barrage grants you 4%3% of your maximum mana per Arcane Charge spent.
Arcane Missiles has a 25%18% chance to make your next Arcane Blast cast within 6 sec cost no mana.
The amount of damage that Touch of Karma can redirect is increased by 150% of your maximum health.deals 150% increased damage.
Each enemy you hit with Breath of Fire reduces the cooldown of Fortifying Brew by 12 sec., up to a maximum of 46 sec.
Touch of Death can be used a second time within 35 sec before its cooldown is triggered.
Rising Sun Kick causes your target's next melee attack to extend your heal over time effects by 25 sec.
Zen Meditation now lasts through 3 melee attacks.has 50% reduced cooldown and is no longer cancelled when you move or when you are hit by melee attacks.
Hammer of Justice deals 350%600% Holy damage and has 75% reduced cooldown when used against an enemy above 75% health.
has a new effect - Avenging Wrath increases healing done by an additional (Holy - 25%, Protection and Retribution - 50%) and increases damage done by an additional 20%. (Old effect: Casting a non-greater blessing heals the target for 15% of maximum health.)
also heals the target for 15% of their maximum health.
While Avenging Wrath is active, you gain 1 Holy Power every 2.54 sec.
Templar's Verdict and Divine Storm increase the damage of your next Templar's Verdict or Divine Storm within 4 sec by 25%15%.
Each time Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch deal damage, your next Void Bolt gains 2%4% increased damage, stacking up to 50 times.
Your first Mind SearFlay cast after entering Voidform spreads Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch to 3 enemies within 10 yards of your target.
): Increases the maximum number of charges of Mind Blast by 21.
has a new effect: Increases Guardian Spirit's duration and healing bonus by 50% and Guardian Spirit no longer terminates its healing bonus effect when sacrificing itself. (Old Effect: Allies protected by your Guardian Spirit also receive healing from each of your active Renews.)
Shadowstrike restores 103 Energy plus an additional 1 Energy for every 23 yd between you and your target.
Your Poisons and Bleeds deal 40%30% increased damage to targets below 30% health.
Between the Eyes has a 20% chance per Combo Point to increase the damage of your next Pistol Shot by 400%200%.
Your attacks that generate combo points deal 20%15% additional damage as Shadow to all targets within 15 yards in front of you.
For the first 3 sec after activating Blade Flurry, your melee attacks strike all nearby enemies for 70%65% of normal damage.
Damaging enemies with your Fire, Frost, or Nature abilities increases all damage you deal by 2%1.5% for 8 sec. Each element adds a separate application.
Healing Wave and Healing Surge increase the healing of your next Chain Heal by 15%10%, stacking up to 5 times.
While Ghost Wolf is active, the remaining cooldown on Feral Spirits recovers 75%500% faster.
Earth Shock has a 30%20% chance to refund all of the Maelstrom spent.
Enemies affected by your Rain of Fire take 15%10% increased damage from your Fire spells.
Casting a damaging Fire spell has a 15%10% chance to generate a Soul Shard.
Agony deals its full damage 20%10% faster.
For 25 sec after casting Summon Doomguard or Summon Infernal, you and your minions deal 30% increased damage.15% increased damage.
Chaos Bolt has a 30%20% chance to strike an additional enemy within 30 yards.
Mortal Strike refunds 158 Rage.
Approximately 31.8 procs per minute
Gain 108 Rage whenever you Enrage.
Bloodthirst increases all damage you deal and all healing you take by 1% for 10 sec, stacking up to 54 times.
Intercepted attacks grant you and your Intercept target an absorb shield equal to 15%50% of the damage done by the attack for 10 sec.
Devastate increases the damage done and Rage generated by your next RevengeThunder Clap or Shield Slam by 20%.
Increases your movement speed by 75% of your Haste or Critical Strike, whichever is higher.
Your attacks cause an additional 30% damage as Physical to enemies above 90% health and heal you for 100% of the damage done.
Successfully applying a loss of control effect to or interrupting, or dispelling any target an enemy grants you 70% increased movement speed and 15%25% Haste for 10 sec. This effect may occur once every 30 sec.
After not taking damage for 5 sec, youEvery 30 sec, gain an absorb shield for 15%25% (15% if tank) of your maximum health for 30 sec.This effect may occur once every 30 sec.
Also now has Haste in addition to Critical Strike and Mastery.
Standing still causes you to send deep roots into the ground, healing you for 4%3% of your maximum health every 31 sec.
: Standing still for 8 sec grants you Foresight, allowing you to cast while moving for 5 sec. (
