Upon recovering the Sun's Reach Armory (completion of phase 2), this quest replaces The Battle for the Sun's Reach Armory, and has the same objective but is a permanent daily quest that can be completed for reputation and reward, and will always be available once it is unlocked.

You do not have to tag the emissary of hate in order to plant the flag in him.

Therefore, if you find him dead already, just plant the flag and you'll get credit.

I repeat, you do not have to kill him.

The mobs for this quest are very close together, and may respawn quickly. Thus, you will often be fighting 2 or 3 of them at once.

I didn't see this pointed out, but both the Unleashed Hellions and the Irespeakers count towards the demons you have to kill.

If someone's already taken out the emmisary of hate you can still plant the banner in his corpse. You don't have to be the one to kill him. Other demons all spawn pretty quick around him so it's a very quick quest. Use the links up top for info on where to find the emmisary of hate.
