Critical antirogue talent to have =)
good for any situation really, and somewhat critical in pve soloing, when in battle stance. Target dodges, you get your ~70% chance at a crit =) depending on your base crit, for it does stack

Personally, as a (fairly decent if i don't say so myself, pre-25 man) feral druid I value Agi over strength or stamina for kitty. Not for the dodge, but the combination of just under 1/2 as much AP as strength and a very generous contribution to crit (25 per 1%) it contributes almost exactly the same to total dps as strength. This, according to fairly well-known calculations by Emmerald and other Druids.
So, IMO a decent druid should have a pretty high dodge rating in Kitty form.

Some of you might disagree but this talent is mostly a waste. Sure, you may use it often against a rogue or a hunter but realistically you'll hardly make use of this talent...and nor should you. The only advantage to have Imp Overpower is to get the 50% more crit for 5 rage...but if you're using it it's because one of your attacks was dodged. And dodged attacks can be avoided much more easily with two upcoming 2.4 pieces.
I suppose Overpowering every 5 seconds is good...but if you're Overpowering every 5 seconds it's because a lot of your attacks are being dodged. Wouldn't it be better if none of your attacks got dodged? You'd lose a +50% crit chance attack but you'd be gaining more rage and be dealing probably just as much damage if not more from having your attacks no get dodged.
If anyone has time, I'd like to know how much or less damage a warrior would deal with two Expertise gear pieces:

. With 10% anti-dodge/anti-parry + 2% anti-dodge from Weapon Mastery, almost every class in this game will either have 0% dodge/parry or (in a rogue or feral druid's case) 15%-20% dodge and 0% parry. I bet a warrior does more damage, stuns more often and wastes less rage having just a bit of Expertise gear and not bothering with the Imp Overpower talent so he can put those points elsewhere...it's too bad there aren't many choices to put those 2 points into in the Arms tree.
edit: Technically, unless you want to get your attacks dodged (but why? just so Overpower lights up?) this talent is a waste. A warrior should try to get behind people so that his attacks aren't dodged or parried. Failing to do so, a warrior should still try to avoid getting has attacks dodged through talents such as Weapon Mastery as well as putting putting on some of the best Expertise gear in the game: Shard of Contempt and perhaps the Sunwell tank neck piece. A small price to pay for such a huge gain in DPS from having undodged and unparried attacks.

Even know it has 50%+(original crit%) against a rogue after it dodges, but the down side comes with a
5-second cooldown
, Evasion lasts
15 seconds
(19 if improves) and you are only getting
1 hit every 5 seconds
? and the crit % isn't
100%
, keep that in mind, also if a combat rogue happen to
riposte
you in the duration(in that case if u don't have your weapon chained) you are 100% "

This is a good add on for PVE as well. Since every mob you face has a % to dodge in every fight, it's like having an increase in %crit every fight. It's like extending cruelty by another 2% crit.
Let say your target has a base 5% to dodge, that means 5% of the time you get to use your overpower for a 50% chance to crit. Which is a 2.5% chance to crit over the fight. So with cruelty you get a +7.5% crit chance per fight providing you stay in battlestance most of the time.
But it does make sacrificing your +3%crit in berserker stance tolerable. Don't forget that a +3%crit in berserker may just be on a normal hit and not the hit+bonus dmg of your overpower. The added bonus of battlestance with overpower is that the higher the mobs chance to dodge works in your favour with an increased %tocrit over the fight. When I fight mobs of higher lvl than me, I almost get to spam overpower on them.
Good for both pvp & pve makes this a great talent spend.

If you use Overpower the minute it's useable like I do, the points spent into Imp OP will make that ability worth while. Why just additionally hit them when you can hit them, crit, slap'em with deep wounds in the process and enable Flurry (If you have it) on top of that?
This also coincides with Impale too. Got a Mongoose enchant on your wpn or something that procs an effect off your wpn? This'll work to make that proc happen. OP is a good enough ability on it's own but Imp OP makes this ability very strong; especially at only a 5 rage cost.
Granted you fight a lot a dodging enemies (Which you will ^.^)
