My favorite seal so far, I have absolutely no downtime and no hassle killing multiple mobs with this + it's judgement + BoW. Yeah it takes a while to kill but, killing gets easier.

If you want to mess with a horde char who is fighting a mob but you dont want to be a total a$$ and out right kill him you can judge this on him and then run off. Every time the mob hits him it gets a change to heal making the fight harder for the horde char.

i always cast this spell on bosses.. duel wielding warriors, rouges, druids and pets benefit alot with their fast attack speeds but thats about it i reckon...

One, it is great to use with druids and other fast classes, as someone else pointed out.
I duo'd with a buddy who is a feral druid of lower level... we had a great time taking on elites with this with me tanking them and him shred'n the mob.
Two, when sorrounded, put this blessing on, and it will give a lot more survivability -- put it on as a seal for yourself. All of their hits means that you get constant healings. You can be beating on someone, as well, with the judgement on and have the seal on yourself for double judgement.
Seal of the Crusader gives plus 40% speed, so this can help, but I find that just Seal of Command and this judge gives a lot more survivability when grinding. I do good damage this way, Seal of Command acts as a second hit for decent effective "speed" increase and the mob goes down -- which is another form of damge mitigation itself. This technique means far less heals which are your worse mana burners.
Generally, in grinding, I have found that Seal of Command judge whenever possible plus Seal of Command always on gives highest dps... I also found using improved seal of the crusader and this was not worth improved seal of the crusader over Deflection, but may respec again sometime down the road. That holy damage is hard to give up.
This is just a little boost, but if you time it right and use the right mobs it is just enough so that you almost never have downtime.
That is: seal of light + judge seal of light + seal of command + seal of command judge + seal of command is a very strong combination for grinding.
FYI, done a lot of studies with various DPS output using damage meters mod and generally Seal of Command is about 14% of total damage done whereas judgement of command is generally 20%. This ratio is in the 20s- to lower 30s, anyway and also means stunning whenever possible.
Usually, even, I can only do two judges of SoC per mob.
Usin Seal of Light as the first judge that brings up the dps percentage of SoC, but the dps remains about the same with the added survivability.
As this triggers on any damage, this stacks nicely with retribution aura. It also triggers on points from DoT affects.

This is a VERY good seal imo. I can take on more mobs than i can without it. For example, I got to Arathi highlands and got two level 34 raptors on me. Threw judgemnet of light and the the seal back on me. I was maintaining my health all the time. It was just when the third raptor came, i was loosing health. But that was soon no problem with a bubble and healm, and i got full health again.
Just judge the mob and take a new seal on you so you can get alot of healing, and you can manage even more mobs than 3.
Another thing. I was soloing in gnomeregan once. I got into fight with a trogg and came out of combat with more hp than I had when i entered. So using this seal while soloing is a very good choise.

I put Blessing of Wisdom on myself, did Seal of Light/Judgement of Light on the mob, then used Seal of Light again, and farmed for about an hour and a half non-stop without going below 90% health or mana.
Then I dueled my friend who is a feral druid and lost a total of 200 health while I just whacked him normally. You just... you CAN'T die with this seal. It's ridiculous.
At least at level 30 :P

It is with this, protection talents, shield with mithril spike, ret aura, blessing of sanctuary, and conceration spam, along with a decent and preferably fast 1h wepon that i am able to take on 4 guys at the same time at lvl 34, only use 1 heal and end the battle at about 80% health and mana
infact i pretty much only take on guys 3-4 at a time now
basicly think of it this way - if a berserking fury spec warrior had this - the chances of him actually dieing would decrease by about 50% (im just makin up a #) same for rouge
but when you are a paladin with a shield, going one on one with an enemy that deals 28dmg per swing every 2sec to you and you deal around 45dmg with your 1.80 AND have a (id say 50% chance) of healing 39on hit AND can judgement this on the enemy then seal of light again for having a chance of healing 39 on hit and a chance of healing 25 on hit ..... Well..... id be supprised if they got you down to 94% health

My palla is 33 atm, and Im usually taking out 4-6 mobs at the time at Dabyrie's Farmstead in Arathi Highlands. The place is only for hordes but highly recommended. Most of the mobs flee and therefore will be able to pull more, but I think of that as a bonus. There are no ranged or spellcasters there, so this place is superb for grinding prot pallas :)

I've got jewelry that adds +6-20 HP to healing spells and EFFECTS. Why don't they work with this seal? Technically it is a healing effect, so they should increase the healing.. but so far they haven't.

There's something i don't get about what you're saying here or i just don't understand this seal.
From what i get, you just receive HP points if YOU hit the mob (not if he's hitting you) and if you judge him with it then it basically the thing but for when you're in a party so other can get the same effect. From what you wrote here it seems that you're getting hp points from hits on you. So what's the deal here?

if you judge an enemy, every time ANY person hits the enemy, they have a chance to recover HP. Now picture this: 5 pallys with seal of light judgement on an enemy, and seal of light on themselves, whenever any person hits the enemy, they have a chance to recover 125hp, and the pallys have a chance to recover 154hp, with each hit. If you have this in a raid, with a rogue with an attack speed of less than 1second, the rogue is going to be nearly impossible to kill. And thats without any bonus healing.

this seal is absolutely godly for prot. pally AOE grinding once you get reckoning. use the seal+judge+seal again and have about 4 mobs on you. that gives a 40% chance for reckoning to proc (when filled with talent points), meaning that you can get healed 1x for your normal hit on the mob with the seal, 1 for your normal hit with the judgment, and then 1 more each for the reckoning hits with judge/seal. getting healed 4x is amazing, and your dps wont be too horrible with reckoning up.

Retribution Aura - So all mobs are taking damage each time they hit you.
Blessing of Sanctuary - Damage reduction, and causes damage when you block a blow.
Shield with Shield Spike - More damage when you block a blow
Holy Shield when you get redoubt - pumps your block to right at 2/3, and adds huge damage to each blow blocked
Crystal Spire (blue&yellow; power crystals at Ungoro's Eastern Pylon) Gives me an extra 12 points of damage to everyone hitting me.
When I use holy shield to block a blow, my level 56 Paladin does 180-184 points of damage.
Seal of light, Judged on the target I'm hitting, and active on me heals me twice. 3-5 mobs helps my reckoning stay on, allowing me to spend a great deal of time double swinging. When I finish off my first mob, the 2nd is at 2/3 health. When I finish off the second, the 3rd is at 1/3 health. When I finish off him, the others take a swing or 2 each. Consecration helps to take on more than 5. I often try to take on 6-8. I use more mana pots than most, because I don't use seal/judgement of mana unless I'm fighting 3 or less.
If my health is dipping low, and I'm alone, I use Divine shield, and cast a healing spell. If I'm with someone, that would cause me to loose aggro, so I use a Crystal Restore (Yellow&Green; power crystals at Ungoro's Northern Pylon) for 670HP over 15 seconds, or I just drink a Healing Potion.
My paladin hasn't died in weeks.

IF YOU JUST HAVE IT ON, meaning you didn't judge anyone---
when the opponent attacks you do you get heals meaning.
You pull 3 mobs each attack that damages you heals you? Or each attack you do to them heals you?

Well, talking form the point of view of a prot pally, (couldn't care less about the others).
Simple rules for grinding are :
1) Fast weapon ideally 2secs or less swing speed.*
2) Seal and judge of light. Swapping to wisdom pending on your mana.
3) lots and lots of melee mobs, forget 1 on 1 and using your aoe' instead charge off after 3 or 4 mobs and pull them to you and with retribution aura on, fire ur aoe, then seal and judge light combined with your lvl 30 sanctaury blessing, enjoy aoe tanking.
People complain about the mana loss about 1 on 1 fights and yes there is no point in it for a prot pally, instead as above get a crowd and when one runs off ignore it, just carry of battering, with any luck the one that ran off will return with friends.
The only weakness to this is having a caster attacking you as it means your not blocking their attacks and they're therefore not taking damage from your aura / blessings, so if you attract one best%

I use this in Bg's. when I use this everyone who is melee starts attacking the person I judged to get heals and then I drop them using CS. using this we kill him in about 5 sec the bastard dosent know what hits them oh wait yes they do JoL biaaaatch

This is a must for all aoe paladins.
People say you shouldnt start before at least lvl 30-35, but I started at lvl 15+, with my druid friend. When he logs off, I log off, and so on. He gives me the Thorns buff, he gives me HoTs, and my retribution aura and iron shield spike (cheap, ye) does the rest. At lvl 18, we took out up to 6-7 murlocs in Redridge, all level 17-20, at the same time. No casters though, all melee. It really works :D

Gimme your fastest weapon, judge the seal, then crusader. who needs to waste time casting hah.
Well, don't know how well that would do solo but judging this might be nice for dualing warrior tanks or those rogues that grab a little too much threat from a tank.

I've noticed that palidins are certinly better with a one handed weapon and a sheild then a two-handed weapon.
Since seals tend to do damage, heal heath, every hit the more hits you can get in the more extra health will be healed.
