People sell these things for 5G to 6G on EU dreanor, while they are available most of the time in the capitals mentioned abovr. It's freakin nuts...

That's because people are lazy and actually buy them off of the AH rather than going to the vendor. :)

Most of the recipies that can be purchased from vendors are usually limited editions, and once purchased there are no more until the cooldown time has elapsed. I once did a world tour at 4am and picked up most of them and made an absolute killing on the auction house. I have also purchased many from the auction house, as it is easier than waiting to be the one player that gets lucky with the opportunity to buy them.

Just remember on a pvp server that you're all on the same side, so try not to profiteer too much! (personal bug bear!)

Plus, you should have already come to this wonderful site to see who sells it before spending over the odds on it. Like I did.

I've been going to the Merchant in SilverCity and I've never been able to buy the design. It says Limited Supply- what does that mean? How can I get the design?

If you cast the buff then take the necklace off, the whole party loses the buff, and you have to put it back on and use a charge again.
