Added in patch 2.4.3, this ring is sold in limited supply by Haris Pilton for 3000 gold. No faction discount is available, since Haris is no longer part of the Lower City faction.

This is aimed at bank toons, roleplaying, and probably gifts to your girlfriend I would imagine, since 'The Rock' costs chump change these days. WoW gold is inflating worse than the german mark during WW2, so Bliz is trying to skew the inflation a little with haris pilton's items. At least, thats the way I see it.

Unlike the Noble's Elementium Signet this ring does not have any visual effect on the character (at least on PTR).
