Fanbyte is hiring! In improving and expanding their Final Fantasy 14 coverage, our sister site is hiring class experts to write and maintain guides for several Final Fantasy 14 jobs, specifically Savage and Ultimate experienced Bards, Black Mages, Dragoons, Machinists, Ninjas, Paladins, Red Mages, and Sages.
Job Openings

This is an on-going paid opportunity, with reimbursement for updates to existing guides, as well as additional compensation for any newly created content

Writer Opportunities
The initial focus is on detailing proper rotations for each job in all forms of content, from leveling dungeons through Savage and Ultimate raids, exploring the individual nuance of each job. Future updates will then expand into polishing additional information, such as min-maxing gear, consumables, specific encounter guides, and more.
To that end, Fanbyte is specifically looking for writers with a strong command of Final Fantasy 14, who can improve our guides to not only relay the best information, but help shape presentation. Being involved within other Final Fantasy 14 communities is also a major plus, as the team is made up of real players with a vested interest in the game. Writers will be responsible for maintaining the guides with each new content update and as new information is discovered, ensuring they always provide the best degree of information to other players.
At a minimum, candidates should:
Be 18 years or older.
Have a strong command of Final Fantasy 14 content.
Be at least moderately familiar with technical/guide writing.
Be able to provide opinions and theorycraft on the latest development changes.
Have an eye for detail, particularly as it relates to visual presentation.
Actively involve themselves with relevant Final Fantasy 14 communities.

Any extra information you think may be relevant, such as Youtube videos, community forum posts, or other examples of your interest and dedication.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a wealth of experience within Final Fantasy 14, specifically including Savage and Ultimate content, and enjoys explaining the game's intricacies to other players. Any Race to World First experience is also a bonus that should be noted in the application, though not a requirement.
