Upcoming Changes for Monks to the Shadowlands Beta - Windwalker Updates
Blizzard has posted upcoming changes for Windwalker Monks to the Shadowlands Beta which includes a rework for Weapons of Order, the return of Rising Sun Kick Rank 2 and more! In addition, Blizzard is aware of balance concerns regarding Windwalker Monks dual wield vs 2-handed weapons and many bugs related to Storm, Earth and Fire.

Mythic+ Scaling Modifier Reduced in Shadowlands Pre-Patch
Shadowlands Pre-Patch Build 35989 contains a reduction to the Mythic+ Scaling factor, likely to accommodate for the loss of corruption effects. This means that dungeons will scale much slower with key level in the Pre-Patch.

Shadowlands Pre-Patch Build 35989 Class and Spell Changes - Old Potion Level Caps Changed
Another PTR build has hit the servers. There aren't many class and spell changes, but this build contains a changes to many old potions, including Skystep Potions, which have had their level caps lowered from Level 50 to 49, making them immediately unusable once the Pre-Patch hits.

Blizzard on Loot Item Levels from Mythic+, Raiding and PvP in Shadowlands
Following the discussion about item levels from Mythic+ and Raiding, Blizzard has made a blue post discussing the big picture of loot in World of Warcraft Shadowlands and what kind of item levels you can expect from each type of content. They also note that Bonus rolls will no longer exist in Shadowlands.

Upcoming Raid Testing in Castle Nathria - Mythic Sun King's Salvation, Council of Blood
Blizzard has announced additional raid testing for Castle Nathria this Friday, September 25th for the Mythic Sun King's Salvation and Council of Blood encounters. The Council of Blood dance was recently changed and a little buggy, so it's probably why they're testing it again!

Legendaries Can Be Upgraded in Shadowlands for Additional Base Crafting Items
We've learned how to upgrade the Item Level of Legendaries in Shadowlands! While you can craft a Legendary directly at the Item Level that you want, if you want the Legendary's effect earlier, you can initially craft it at a lower item level and then upgrade it with using additional base crafting items.

The Heart of Darkness Azerite Trait in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch
Until Shadowlands launches on October 26th/27th, Azerite Armor will still be available for use, even in the Pre-Patch. With the lack of Corruption in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch, it's worth mentioning that you'll be unable to activate the Heart of Darkness Azerite Trait in its current state.

Shadowlands Build 35938 includes another spell to be removed from the GCD, the Druid Covenant spell Kindred Spirits! When you empower your bond, this spell has been taken off the GCD.

Shadowlands Beta Build 35938 Dungeon Tuning - Plaguefall Barrels Changed
This Shadowlands Beta Build contained tuning changes to dungeons, especially in the Sanguine Depths and Spires of Ascension. In addition, the Plaguefall Barrels had their effects changed to no longer deal 80% of a target's health.

Additional Castle Nathria Trinkets Added in Shadowlands - Drop Sources Revealed
This Shadowlands Beta build includes more Castle Nathria trinkets, as well as revealing where these trinkets will drop. This tells us which trinkets will have an increased Item Level as they drop off the final two bosses!

Shadowlands Engineering Battle Rez Item Added to Shadowlands Beta
Battle for Azeroth's Engineering Battle Rez item was level capped at level 50 previously, but there's a new Shadowlands version that was added in this build! The item is called the Disposable Spectrophasic Reanimator and seems to be an exact replica of BFA's version, complete with the low chance that you kill yourself when using it.
