This guy is immune to snare/roots and hits like a truck. Soloing him is kind of out of the question at 62.

Also immune to fear. Bring a healer or at least a friend or two.
At 50% or so he switches from a sword and shield to a polearm (there is an emote), though I didn't notice any change in the damage he was doing. Around 25% he starts to mortal strike.

He also does a knockback that makes it interesting if you're trying to solo him as a caster.

This guy is found at 65,69 in the Gazebo. BTW, this isn't Thottbot, the endless "I soloed him as X level Y class" posts are quite redundant.

He is soloable as a 62 Affliction Warlock.
I pulled him away from his little hut.
Had my VW take aggro.
Took distance and then threw all my dots on him and ran towards a bridge.
The trick to beat him is kite him up on the bridge and jump down when he gets close to you. then run up and repeat.
Keep dotting him and let your VW pummel him.

He runs slightly faster than standard run speed, so you need to be a little faster if you want to kite him directly. Can be soloed by any ranged class if you drag him over to one of the small bridges east of his position, where you can exploit pathing to kill him. Hit him, jump off the bridge, run back on top, repeat.
I did this as a level 62 fire mage using only fire blast, took about 3 minutes.

This guy pulls out a polearm after a while, I think it was at 50% health. So melee classes should be careful when trying to take him solo. It also helps to clear the area around first, as his knockback might cause some problems if it aggros nearby mobs.

Just soloed him as a 63 Fire Mage, and I'll echo the statements of the above players about the bridge kiting. Be warned, though, he may path unexpectedly; on my second attempt, he went UNDER the bridge and out of line-of-sight instead of pathing to the end, and I had to disengage in the face of a corpse run.
To other Fire Mages: while he may not be snare/rootable, the Blazing Speed talent can help immensely if you have it. During my successful attempt I saved my Blink and let him get one swing in, and it went off twice for me during the battle and the sprint gave me enough distance to wind up a Fireball. The second time, I activated Combustion and wailed on him, it made the fight a whole lot shorter.

Just got him as an 63 feral druid. Tank gear on, much stamina (8,5k hp), and start of with Regrowth / Rej. Pulled with an moonfire. Used trinkets etc and got him till 50%, then i Bashed him, war stomped, and regrowth / rej again.
Make sure you got your back against the small wall of the platform he's on, else you might get agro with the knockback. Always try to get him from the backside, since on the front there are two guards.

If your soloing him as a druid, make sure to keep your back against gazebo wall to prevent knockbacking into more mobs. I solod it at 63 as a feral druid. 0 pots, 1 resisted bash.

Soloed at 64 by Demonolgoy Warlock. He will keep pushing you back when your pet tanks which can be annoying when trying to Health Funnel, but if you stand about 6 yards from him (out of melee range) he won't be able to. BIG helper, since I couldn't land 2 ticks of my Funnel if I stood 20 yards away

Solo'd this as a 61 BM Hunter.
He is immune to Concussion Shot and Freezing/Frost traps, but he is kitable if your kiting skills are upto it.
I sent my pet in and activated all my trinkets/cooldowns and burned him to 25%-ish, then turned on Aspect of the Cheetah once my pet died and began to kite him along a main, clean path. Kept a sting on him and ran ahead and turned to fire off 1-2 auto-shots to keep him in combat.
Only took 3-4 minutes.

Not sure if the Bridge trick works anymore, it's very difficult to hold his aggro long enough. I just tried it acouple times on my lvl 63 23/31/0 lock, including opening with a Soul Fire that took 10% of his health. Was able to get him to the bridge, kited him around a it few times, but he kept losing aggro and evade/resetting, even after getting him down to 50%.

This guy has a serious knockback (about 15-20 yards) and a ton of HP (estimate about 20k-25k). My advice is to pull him slowly away from the camp... where's there's a less mobs, so that you wont get knocked back into a ton of others and end up having to solo about 4 other mobs whilst tackling this chap. Note he also has an MS strike that hits for 800ish on plate - obviously let the debuff expire before healing when possible.

Easily soloed at 62 as a hunter.. just use your pet for some damage while you keep aggro and run along the road. Use aspect of the cheetah of course.
If your pet gets aggro, lay into him huge until you gain aggro back.. DO NOT use growl.

took three tries but soloed as a 62 demonology warlock
set the felguard on him, out up curse of weakness , corruption and start chain casting health funnel.
Only stop health funnel to re-apply dots.
Also, one of the reasons I died as mentioned was adds... so I wouldnt die a forth time II wanded him, let my pet taunt him, made pet passive so I could run him out of the camp to kill him.

Fairly easy as 62 BM hunter. Keep scorpid sting on him coupled with "Catlike Reflexes" (+9% pet dodge chance) is nice avoidance for your pet. Keep mend pet up at all times, intimidate at every cooldown. If your pet is about to die, start kiting him instead, but I managed without.
Good luck getting this one down!

I went back to this at 65 on my Enhancement Shaman. He killed me the first time because I didn't take the warnings about his burst damage seriously enough. I used Reincarnate and killed him handily the second pull with fewer buffs active.
Don't forget to get the Mark buffs from the ancients at Cenarion Refuge, along with the spore bat buff.
I cleared the northern side of his platform, including a few enemies across the water to account for the knockback.
Dropped Stoneskin, GoA, Healing Stream, and Searing Totem. Searing had an unexpected benefit: sometimes he will switch targeting and kill it, so it absorbs a hit for you; I'd recommend keeping it active at all times. Pulled him with Flame Shock and kept a full FS/ES and SS rotation going to burn him down.
When he hits you with the knockback, it's a great opportunity to get a Healing Wave in.
His damage goes up by an impressive amount as his health gets lower, so do not go into the polearm phase at low health, you may not get a heal off before he owns you. Save Shamanistic Rage for when he is below half HP as well.
He hit for ~500 on me with 2600 armor, special attacks were slightly harder. If you follow these instructions and have decent gear you will survive without too much trouble.

He was easy enough as a 62 feral druid in bear form, every time my bash was cooled down I'd hit it and heal back to full and repeat. Until, that is, about 4 minutes into the fight when he reached about 50% hp and suddenly knocked me back into about 20 nagas who were unhappy and surprised to be greeted by a flying bear whilst not at the circus. I readjusted on my next attempt by placing my back firmly against his altar and it went much smoother. I don't have particularly amazing gear for my level so I'd say any druid could do what I did. I opened in cat form my first try and was at ~30% hp in 5 seconds and was too far behind to keep up on heals. So bear takes forever, but it gets the job done.

Here is a strategy for soloing this mob as a rogue. I was 63 at the time, subtlety spec. (after, I will give my best guess for how to do it as combat.)
Fight Preparation: the Onslaught elixirs from a nearby quest, an Agility scroll (also from the quest that gives you 5 of them), Instant Poison on both weapons. (Don't use Deadly, whatever you do.) A super healing potion and the Crimson Steer energy drink from a Zabra'jin quest are also advisable, but I think I could have done it without them/
Engage with Premeditation->Garrote->S&D. Pop evasion #1. Do not use any dps-type trinket you have (yet). DPS as normal (hemo, ghostly strike, *eviscerate*-- do not rupture) until he pops his shield wall (your garrote should end about this point, he was at about 65-70% for me). Try to save up 5cp for his shield wall.
When he pops it, kidney shot him, damage him until it ends, then gouge him. Bandage during the gouge duration.
Hopefully his Shield Wall is off by now; pop Preparation, use your second evasion, and dps him down. Now is the time to pop your trinkets. (now you can Rupture if you so desire-- you don't do it above to ensure there aren't dots on the mob when you gouge.)
I brought him down, using a healing potion and the Crimson Steer consumable, with about ~2k health left and evasion down, so I probably had ~5-6 seconds left to live (two hits would proc Cheat Death, and the next hit after Cheat Death would have killed me.)
that's about it. good luck! it's a fun, challenging fight for a leveling rogue learning to control his skills. :)
----
ps. if you are combat: my advice would be to eat the damage pre-shieldwall (do not evasion) and dps him hard without blowing your cooldowns. Burn him to the point where he pops shield wall, then go for the 5pt KS and gouge as mentioned above. After gouge ends, blow everything you've got (AR, Blade Flurry, evasion), and burn the !@#$ out of him. You should be able to take him down before he takes you down (but perhaps not by much).

Tricky "boss". Immune to slow, trap, disorient, and possibly other types of crowd control. As a hunter (tier 2), I attempted to solo him. He hits generally hard, around 430-475 against my pet (with 7080 armor, level 62). I used both frost trap and freezing traps, both Immune, and Scatter Shot failed to stop him.
In short, I would suggest at least two, with one healer-type in your duo (or trio, if you or your friend are a pet-class).

As a 63 Druid this one is easy solo. You can stun (Bear) and heal yourself. You should only be carefull, caster adds runnig away on low HP are bad. ;-)

Managed as a 62 retribution paladin, however adds are a real pain, and the fact that they all call for help or run away in fear at low health. Rajah himself knocks you back a bit, and at around 55% brings out his polearm and starts doing mortal strikes, making healing tough. Probably less time-consuming to just bring a friend.

I challenge any caster to solo him at 63-64. My ice mage once got him down to 25%, then my aff lock only got him to 50%. He's immune to 100% of any kind of slowing/stunning effect so that's what make him real hard. I would recommend you find someone else to group with if you're caster class.

Level 63 full demo felguard lock, he kicked my ass. Only tried him two times, first time got him to 40 percent, second time got him to 20 percent. Second time I pulled out all the stops, whipping out a voidwalker when my felguard died and saccing it for the shield, healthstone, health pot and cenarion expedition flare. Going to try it again when my flare cools down, this time with my barov peasant caller. This guy is immune to fear and he has a highly annoying charge knockback that he does to me when I try to heal my pet.

Pretty easy fight. 63 prot pally with spillover holy talents. Gear comprised of full outland BoE's and some quest rewards, almost all champion or stamina. Blessing of wisdom + ret aura + right defense and the twin spire buff. First shot was a total blowout due to the fact that he hit me for 800 (400 regular, + mortal strike 400) so keep your health above that. Smart-kited him through the mobs without aggroing a single thing (other than him of course) and fought him on the bridge south of telredor. Seal of wisdom, judge, seal up again and mana just kept pouring in. Long fight though, had to rebless wisdom but overall fairly easy. He is immune to dazing but stuns work just fine. Popped 2 healing pots and both my bubbles, but not LoH. After 10%, 2 hammer of justice finished the fight.

Coming from a 62 Prot Warrior, this bloke is fairly difficult to tank. Not only does he fling you around in every bloody direction, but is very resistant to taunts and mocking blows. A Warrior's best bet for this guy would be to build up aggro (spam sheild block though) until he knocks you back, then use as much as that aggro as you can to draw him away from your teammate (healer's are essential).

Here's a solo trick that works for a demo lock:
Clear the guards and send your pet. Apply dots and stand beside the ramp, in line of sight of your pet (so you can heal him) - but not of the Rajah!
It seems the Rajah will target you occasionally, but decide you can't be charged since there is no straight path to you.
You'll need to run up in front of the ramp to reapply dots during the fight, but even without instant corruption, I wasn't charged once using this tactic.
I did it at 63, btw.

Kited him to the nearby bridge as a lvl 63 arcane mage; got him to 73% before he evaded and ran back. My last spell hit for roughly 1/5 - 1/6 of the normal damage but the combat log didn't say any of it was resisted. I saw no evidence in the combat log of a damage shield or a spell shield but he does use shield wall. Immunity to "slow" confirmed, but i wasnt hit so i can't confirm attack strength/speed, however he has a very large ammount of HP. He runs faster than normal player speed, but not by a large ammount.
edit: Nevermind, though it shared the same image as shield wall, it's a 75% spell absorb shield.

What I did was drop GOA, SOE, and mana spring totems, popped shamanistic rage+bladefist's breath when he came in, If your a tauren shaman it makes this way easier, as you can war stomp and pop a heal and a health pot when you get low. At around 30% he knocks you back and pulls out a 2h, just dps him down and pop lesser heals between attacks and hes dead.

Soloed as a 63 prot pally. You should pull him off his throne to the shallow water nearby, where there is no other naga. This way you don't run into adds by pats or by getting knocked off. The guy does not hit too hard, just judge wisdom on him and take your time taking him down. Heal when ever possible (through the use of HoJ and BoP), but never when you have mortal strike debuff on you.
Took me 3 tries and 1 corpse run and finished only with 600 hp, so good luck to any combatants trying him.

Soloed as a 64 BM hunter with a faintly gimped boar (only level 62 as I have been levelling Spot :) ). Pretty standard fight for a hunter, cleared the area, sent Mr Piggy in, whacked on intimidation to keep the mob glued to him, bestial wrath then rapid fire after a few seconds, then just cycling through steady shot arcane shot serpent sting blah blah blah, while keeping mend pet up. had to feign once when i nearly pulled aggro, and my pet died right at the end, but, no probs. have a decent blue gun from HFC but otherwise just standard gear from questing in HFP.
Have been playing my old 60 warrior main a bit, thinking about levelling him, and it's a total pain in the behind. Essentially cos I've gotten used to lock and now BM hunter and the latter particularly is just psychotically imba, as the posts on this board demonstrate. Don't get me wrong i really enjoy playing the hunter, but one is definitely aware that blizzard have got some class balancing issues as regards the difficulty of pve solo play (and they keep worsening it too - mend pet as a HoT, reducing the dead zone - come on, hunter is ezmode enough already!)
