Hellfire Citadel missions are in and reward 钢铁舰队宝箱. Right now it looks like you'll complete them via the Shipyard instead of normal Follower missions. Example: 邪火狂热 and 邪能战争

觉醒火盆 has an updated tooltip this build. It will resurrect one party or raid member after combat has ended--good if is on cooldown.

6.2 PTR Patch Notes - Updated April 17th

邪能之灾

Timewalking dungeons are available during select weekend holiday events. You scale down to Burning Crusade or Wrath dungeon levels, but walk away with loot scaled up to your character's level!

Chroniclers in the Garrison now allow players that have completed 深入敌后 to watch the cinematic again.

生锈的挑战者保险箱 obtained before Patch 6.2 will all become rusted. Rusted strongboxes can no longer be opened and may be sold to a vendor for 50 gold.

阿什兰 has a new Ashran Excavation section as well as an event - Apexis Marks.

Winning Ashran events rewards Honor instead of Conquest, and there are new weekly quests.

Two new upgrade ranks--Mighty raises weapons to 690 and armor to 700, and Savage raises weapons to 705 and armor to 715.

These recipes require 邪能之灾, a new item from the 畜棚等级3.

Recipes are available from Garrison traders.

Existing upgrade items have been consolidated. A rank 2 upgrade item can be repeatedly used to upgrade an item up to rank 4, instead of having to craft several differently-named upgrade items. For example, 不稳定的塔拉迪特水晶增幅器 has been reworded to say it can upgrade items up to ilvl 685, instead of saying that it can only upgrade an item from 640 to 655.

The daily cooldown yields many more crafting materials.

Epic gems have been added ( 完美的塔拉迪特爆击水晶, 完美的塔拉迪特急速水晶, 完美的塔拉迪特精通水晶, 完美的塔拉迪特急速水晶, 完美的塔拉迪特全能水晶, 完美的塔拉迪特耐力水晶), providing +75 to a given stat.

PvP 2-piece set bonus for Elemental Shaman is now the PvP 4-piece set bonus and has been replaced. New PvP 2-piece set bonus: Reduces the cooldown of 妖术 by 15 seconds.

PvP 4-piece set bonus for Elemental Shaman has been replaced by the old PvP 2-piece set bonus. While Ascendance is active, the 萨满祭司 is immune to silence and interrupt effects.

PvP 2-piece set bonus for Destruction Warlocks has been redesigned. Getting stunned, silenced, interrupted, or feared now generates 1 . Can only occur once every 15 seconds.

Stage 5 Crafting (Mighty Essence) increases weapons to ilvl 690 and armor to ilvl 700. Data points to an additional crafting tier (Savage Essence) for ilvl 705 weapons and ilvl 710 armor.

十万火急 sends you to completing a Timewalking dungeon and rewards Time-Twisted Anomaly which contains an illvl 690 item.

There are many vignette quests for Tanaan Jungle--so expect a lot more treasures!

前往法兰伦！ is part of the legendary questline--it requires you to complete the Farahlon Naval Mission and retrieve 法兰伦珍珠.

深海食人魔 is another legendary quest--it requires you to complete the Ogres in the Deep Naval Mission and retrieve 浸水的食人魔解码器.

我们借书不用卡 requires you to complete 12 混沌魔典 from Hellfire Citadel bosses.

New Garrison quests are tied to the Shipyard as well as the Campaign.

Patch 6.2 introduces weekend-only events, and two of them will let you queue up for an old dungeon. Your character power will be drastically scaled down.

Loot in Timewalker dungeons is scaled up to your max level, so you can use the items even after you zone out of the instance.

Blizzard is testing Timewalking on the PTR on select Burning Crusade and Wrath dungeons. Timewalking is available if you are 71+ for Burning Crusade dungeons, and 81+ for Wrath dungeons.

Additional rewards may be coming, including a quest that rewards Seal of Tempered Fate.

Normal loot is ilvl 695, Heroic loot is ilvl 710, and Mythic loot is ilvl 725.

6.2 PTR Patch Notes

New outdoor questine zone--Tanaan Jungle. Access it by constructing a Shipyard in your Level 3 Garrison.

The Shipyard lets you dispatch ships on Naval Missions.

Hellfire Citadel is the new raid, featuring Kilrogg, Gorefiend, Archimonde, and more!

Dungeons have a new difficulty--Mythic. They drop gear which is ilvl 680-700. This difficulty is on a weekly lockout.

Players can finish the legendary ring quest line in 6.2.

New Darkmoon Potions and Fishing at the Faire.

Challenge Mode daily quests reward ilvl 680 gear, up from 660.

Lightforge Heirloom plate armor pieces have been added for helm, chest, and legs to complete the Intellect plate set.

Apexis Crystals no longer have a cap.

Glyph of Ice Runes, Aspect of the Fox, and Amplify Magic have been removed.

New Master Looting Options

To alleviate social issues related to the Master Looter functionality, we've expanded the option to offer four distinct choices:

Master Looter

Unchanged

Submissive Looter

As the Submissive Looter, you'll sign a contract with your raid allowing you to explore your boss-killing desires safely, with due respect and regard for one's needs, one's limits, and one's well-being.
Per the contract, you'll be given whatever loot the rest of the raid decides you get, and say thank you. Raid members can decide whether they like the gear you're already wearing and, if not, demand that you disenchant it.
A new Safe Word option can be set through your Battle.net account settings that immediately ends the raid upon entering it into chat.

Passive Aggressive Looter

The Raid Leader agrees to divvy up loot more or less fairly, but will make catty comments about how this raid group will give loot to "just anyone."
Note: This setting will also auto-whisper raid members as they join that if they don't like it, they can lead their own raid.

Shadowmeld's (Night Elf racial) functionality received a bug fix in Patch 6.1 to address a number of issues with the ability that wound up affecting its behavior in PvP combat. A hotfix is being worked on (it's not ready yet) that will restore Shadowmeld back to the way it worked (while keeping the bug fixes intact).
Update: The hotfix to return Shadowmeld back to it's pre-6.1 functionality after tomorrow's rolling restarts should be going in later tonight.

Patch 6.1 PTR Patch Notes for February 13

Level 90-94 gold and Garrison Resource missions will now continue to appear even if there are no Followers that are level 90-94.

畜棚等级3 traps can now be placed on top of a trap that has already been sprung.

Characters visiting the Garrison are now able to use 法师塔 / 灵魂小屋等级3 / 法师塔 / 灵魂小屋等级3 portals.

The fireplace in Tier-2 and Tier-3 Alliance Garrison Town Halls can now be used as a cooking fire.

Improvements have been made to the way that cosmetic transformations are handled. Previously, using another transformation would overwrite or cancel an existing effect. Now, characters can retain multiple cosmetic transformations and the one with the highest priority will be visible. If a higher priority transformation is canceled or expires, the next highest priority transformation will then be visible.

Cosmetic transformation effects that don't have mount animations and previously prevented a character from mounting (or were canceled upon mounting) are no longer canceled or need to be canceled or prevent mounting. Instead, the transform is temporarily suppressed and the character will regain the transformation once they dismount.

Many Druid shapeshift forms now have attachment points on the head and back for cosmetic toy effects such as 炽燃之翼 or 佩佩. Additional shapeshift forms may receive attachment points in the future.

炽燃之翼 effect now lasts for 15 minutes (down from 1 hour) with a 30-minute cooldown (down from 1 hour).

烈焰短笛 has been rebuilt into a Toy Box item. Players can channel for 30 seconds to cause those around them to dance with a 5-minute cooldown. Additionally, the effect will no longer interrupt eating or drinking.

All rings, neck, cloak, and trinket items that can be acquired in 纳格兰 (A level 98+ zone) or later should now be better suited for the character's loot specialization. This means tanks should no longer receive items with no bonus Armor and healers should no longer receive items with no Spirit from sources like item tokens, quests, or Personal loot mode in Dungeons and Raids for those item slots.

Accounts with an inactive subscription are now able to log in with the same restrictions that Starter Edition accounts have with the additional perk of being able to join guilds that characters on the account already are a member of.

New Graphics Options: Particle Density in graphics settings now have 3 detail levels (down from 5). This may affect the number of particles generated by some particle systems.

Added new ambient occlusion method NVIDIA HBAO+, available on all DirectX 11 capable video cards.

MSAA is once again supported, with additional controls for fine-tuning under Advanced graphics options.

A new SSAA anti-aliasing option is now available for high-end video cards.

Per-pixel deferred point lights have been added to create more realistic lighting throughout Draenor.

Fish caught in Draenor can now be filleted without requiring a set stack number (20 for small, 10 for normal, 5 for enormous fish) while larger fish will still award more resources.

Fixed an issue where characters that underwent a paid faction change may be unable to complete the achievement for 升级伐木场.

Dungeon Journal entries for 黑石铸造厂 have been updated with fight mechanics that have changed from hotfixes.

Tanks are now able to use abilities and cooldowns while grabbed by 汉斯加尔 or 弗兰佐克's 断脊背摔.

Primal Gladiator's and Primal Combatant's Badges now have a 2-minute cooldown (up from 1 minute).

Mists of Pandaria era PvP Gloves no longer have an on-equip bonus.

There's now a 10 minute delay between battles after 大元帅泰布雷德 or 高阶督军沃拉斯 has been defeated (down from 30 minutes).

风暴之眼: Icon for the flag should no longer be incorrectly displaying in the center of the map even though it's been picked up by another player.

冰龙吐息 no longer has an initial Runic Power cost, but only applies the 冰龙吐息 for Blood Death Knights.

Beast Mastery: Improved Focus Fire now grants an 8% increase to attack power per 狂乱 stack consumed (up from 5%).

Marksman: Careful Aim now increases critical strike chance of 稳固射击, , and 瞄准射击 by 50% (down from 60%).

彗星风暴 (Frost) damage has increased by 94% but deals 33.3% less damage in PvP combat.

心灵尖啸 (Shadow) now has a 30-second cooldown (up from 45 seconds).

真言术：盾 now absorbs 10% less damage.

now protects both party and raid members (up from only party members). Additionally, fixed an issue where was incorrectly redirecting 嚎镇八方 (武僧) and 低吼 (Hunter Pets).

Restoration: now increases all healing done by 40% (up from 30%).

should no longer cause Frost Shock to trigger a new Mastery: 大地狂怒 (Elemental). Note that this does not stop 大地狂怒 effects that are already in progress or in the process of being triggered.
