Ahn'Qiraj War Effort - Automatic Turn-Ins for Small Servers Starting Over the Next Couple Days
Blizzard released a blue post talking about the Ahn'Qiraj War Effort automatic turn-ins for small servers, as
these were not working for these servers through the week
.
According to this blue post, due to specific circumstances unique to the Ahn'Qiraj War Effort event, these servers are supposed to reach 30 days at different days, and thus, all small realms should start seeing the automatic turn-ins beginning over the next couple of days. Some servers might even have their automatic turn-ins started already!

Ahn'Qiraj War Effort - Automatic Turn-Ins for Small Servers Not Working
Shortly before the launch of Ahn'Qiraj, Blizzard
told players
that War Effort materials would start automatically turning in after 30 days, in order to make sure smaller servers keep up with the pace of content. Now 38 days past, that has yet to happen and GMs have been unable to help, leaving players wondering if they'll be given any assistance at all.

Although they fell a bit behind other servers in the War Effort, the gates of Ahn'Qiraj have finally been opened on Fairbanks-US/PvP. Going a bit slower isn't necessary a bad thing though, as it's given the server time to amass an astounding 49 Scarab Lords across the server!
