New Talent Tree Art and Animations
Alongside all of the class and spell changes coming with this week's Dragonflight update, the talent trees are also getting a makeover. Players may notice new animations and effects, with unlearned talents glowing periodically, and a class specific splash screen whenever your currently active talents are changed.

Dragonflight PTR Dev Notes UI Updates - Rare Silver Dragon Removed
This week's Dragonflight PTR build includes new user interface updates, including a new icon for rare mobs. With this change, rare elites will continue to use the gold dragon frame art, but normal rares will no longer feature the iconic silver dragon.
